So its day 19 and I am feeling great! My shirts are starting to feel looser.
WhooHoo! I've had a lot of energy and have been very productive this week.
I would like to give a shout out to a new subscriber, his name is Brian. He is documenting his weight loss journey and is inspiring people to change their life. I have had some questions in the comment section recently that I've not been able to reply to, so I will try to address them here. People want to know how I do it and what I juice in a day and if I use all fresh fruit or some frozen. Well, I use both fresh and frozen fruit, it depends on what I have going on. I make sure to get at least 100 ounces a day of juice and smoothies, I make a variety of juices, and I drink at least 3 liters or more of water a day. Some days I add either chia seed or hemp seed to my smoothies if I feel I need an extra boost. I will probably be switching up my routine soon, still trying to decide on that. But stayed tuned, the next video will be my weigh-in video!!
