This should be the exact food regimen as far as we Tamilians/Indians are concerned. Thinking of eating is a tug of war between the mouth and the mind. It's a constant war. Healthy, positive minds only can control their taste buds upto some extent. In this type of weight reduction with the "Balanced Food" as yours only the reduced weight remains stable.
