Friend who works on a lot of old Fender amps turned me onto these. I have a g10c and a g10cs in an old BF Vibrolux and a g12c and g12cs in a BF Twin. Pairing the ribbed cone with the smooth cone with similar efficiency in a two speaker configuration does a pretty cool thing. Adds complexity, thickness and plays better with both humbuckers and single coils without a lot of knob turning. Great vid! I like British stuff too and have watched a lot of your Greenback comparisons and what not. Good stuff!

The last few months, when I want relax before I go to bed I watch "Yes, Minister" series (I Like it) or Zilla Cabs videos (I like music,gear..etc). Pure-Real sound..Thanks Guys !

I have used quite a few WGS speakers in the last few years. I have just received a 2x10 from you that is having a G10C/S put into it... although I'm pairing it with a G10C rather than 2 the same. Great to see you approve. thanks for the vid!

These sound really great! Another great Warehouse offering is the Invader. One of the best clean tones I’ve ever heard. And sounds great driven as well. I think it’s their take on a creamback. But clean, ooh lord it’s sweet!

really love the WGS speakers I enjoy the V30 Clones much more than the New Celestions (Personal Taste) Much closer to a Mesa 70 watt V30. 10" speakers Rock Really loved them in My old Bassman back in the day.

Small cab, great sound

Ive got a G12c that came in my AC-15, I fully intended to swap it out for a gold or a blue but liked it so much that I left it in. It doesn’t do what the blue is so good at but I feel it has a broader range that it covers

WGS makes some of the best speakers IMO. I also don’t care for the Veteran 30 (it’s a darker version of a Celestion V30), you should try out their Retro 30 (which is their take on a improved better Celestion V30). I currently am running a WGS Green Beret (improved and better than a greenback imo) with my Orange Rocker 15 head, just sheer tonal perfection! 😁 also like with all speakers you gotta brake them in!!

You guys built me a 2x10 oval back with one of these speakers paired with their ET10. Sounds incredible. Both Two Rock and Magnatone are using the WGS. Give the ET10’s a try in a 4x10 or 2x10 if you can.

The thing sings! The jazzy bluesy tones are so good... super warm and dynamic! Also impressed how well it handled the gainier rock tones! After I win the Zilla 1x15" with the Celestion Fullback, I should definitely try something with 10 inchers as well ;-) Have you guys tried any Jensen 10" Alnicos on these Small Vintage cabs?

Man i like the et65 (also creambacks) in "american voiced amps I amp thinking of mixing 2 of those with some jensen mod 10s but really have not come to a conclusion. Im also considering a couple swamp thangs or hemp coned options

that cab is gorgeous, would love to have one. Looking for a 2x12. I play alot of heavier stuff, metal, punk, but I do alot of diff styles from Fugazi, to 311, to Franz Ferdinand, to Sepultura, lol, to RHCP and Hendrix, Thrice, etc. So its hard to find a cab that will accommodate all these styles, and I prefer alot of low end push. I am just scared to see what these cost cuz I'm poor,lol, but tired of having crap cabs n speakers. Trying to find atleast a decent cab for my 6505 1x12 combo as they NEED an extended cab with usually V30's but I'm not wanting to sound like everyone else, so open to diff speakers. I may throw a Greenback tho in the 1x12 as the stock Sheffield is hot garbage in the 6505. I found a Greenback like new, used locally for $60, gonna grab that I think. Wanna see what you guys charge for cabs but I'm sure its outta my price range. They look really nice and sound even better. Ive been playing 31 yrs, been in 20 or so bands, taught my stepson to play and hes shredding in bands now, just time for me to have a decent setup. thanks for the vid, BTW I clicked on this cuz Im looking for a replacement speaker for my Bassman 25 (around 2001 era) solid state I paid $35 for, and its ABSOLUTELY AMAZING for a solid state amp. I also use a Bassman 200, same era for bass and guitar. Even tho I tend to use these before my tube 6505, they sound great but they have mediocre stock Eminence made for Fender speakers. If they sound as good as they do now, I cant imagine what they will sound like with better speakers in the 200, a 15" and the 25, a 10". thanks

I have an et 65 that sounds very good in big bluesy amps (6l6 lower gain) its in my catalyst now and its much better than the stock speaker

Also the Retro 30 is the V30 version you want In my oppinion its really good. It is a V30 but it´s more of an early v30 i think it´s the best way to get that old V30 sound

you sure this is the g10c/s and not the normal g10c ? compared to other clips i've heard, sounds like it has a lot of top end for the smooth cone version.. it sounds awesome by the way, best sounding examples i've found online by far

I need to get myself a 2x10 cab, been after it for years, can't understand why there isn't more options out there for 10's and cabs

How well do they take fuzz?

I wasn't liking these with the Strat, then Joe did some bluesy lead lines with his Mira and the speakers really sang.

In person I haven't like WGS, ill stick with the other big 3 or a fane.
