Lisa Marie left her estate to HER children. She did not leave money to her half-brother or her mother. If Priscilla wanted her son to get a portion of Lisa Marie's estate, there is nothing stopping her from leaving HER estate to her son. Priscilla has lived off Elvis her entire life. They were married for about 5 years.

If that’s the case, then that’s the way it should be honored. If not; however, then I stick with my original statement. It’s bad enough losing a parent as an adult, the last thing the girls need is someone sticking out their hand for a share that that was walked away from years ago. In that case I feel for all the girls, it’s the last thing they need, especially coming from their grandmother.

It's very complicated, but as I understand it, Lisa made a personal will/trust about 30 years ago- when Navarone was a child, and left him that portion at that time- from her personal estate, not from the Graceland trust or ongoing proceeds. For some reason, Lisa never went in and changed/updated her personal will/trust, so he was still listed from the time way back then. Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken.

I'm very disappointed in Riley and how she handled this settlement. Also, I question her attorney, as well. It appears to me that Riley did not honor her mother's wishes. Prissy is Executor of Navarone's sub-trust and, therefore, she still has her hands in the trust. Also, with that in mind, how can she be a "Special Advisor" on the Trust? Wouldn't this be considered a "conflict of interest?"

Priscilla got a good settlement when she and Elvis divorced and that's where the line should have been drawn. She has lived off of Elvis her whole life, when Lisa Marie removed Priscilla as a trustee she did it for a reason. Some things in life are just Wrong! and this is very much up there, Priscilla and her son should not be entitled to anything and she certainly should not be buried at Graceland. She didn't want to go back to Graceland and live when Elvis asked her to go back to him (as quoted by her in her book/film) but she doesn't mind being buried there alongside Elvis and his family. In my opinion, he should inherit Priscilla’s Estate (and she’s worth a tidy sum) and his fathers estate. Not a piece of Elvis’ too. Also, I thought it was so distasteful that he would sell his story to People Magazine days after Lisa’s death. And basically use the article to promote his music and talk about how his life was hard having a famous mother.
