that sounds lovely, Vanya Jelezarova. The good news is, though, that you don't need special furniture to use these positions. You can just scoot your hips forward in a chair or sofa or prop yourself up with pillows in bed.

Jordan Rule, so sorry about your challenges! I suggest watching our free longer video, which I'll link to at the end of this reply, which describes different adjustments you can make. Ideally, your baby's head is resting on your arm (usually upper arm), which may work best if you have support (pillow or cushion) under your elbow. Sara Ledesma, not necessarily. Not everyone needs to adjust their breast. If you do, you may find that at some feeds your baby finds continuing to shape your breast helpful but not at other feeds. As baby grows and becomes more coordinated, adjusting the breast is needed less and less. Regarding plugged ducts, that might be a risk if you are applying significant pressure on the breast for long stretches, which is almost never necessary. Just holding it lightly and shaping should not have this effect. Hope this helps! :)
