After the vaccination I felt tired, and after 5 hours my head started to spin I had to lie down. This is horrible pain, I started vomiting, chills, and pain all over my body from head to toe 🤢🤮😵

The first shot was not too bad, but the second one was excruciating pain in my arm. I also felt like I had been run over by a truck. I guess a couple days of that is better than weeks of the shingles.

Pure hell! They are making it light here. I was Very sick. Throwing up, freezing, terrible body aches, very odd caugh and weaknesses in chest. Lasted a day and a half.. First and second shot had the same symptoms.. Really terrible. These two make it sound like it is no big deal.. I was VERY sick.. Body still feels completely wrecked 3 days later. FYI Don't get me wrong, I'm for vaccines, this one hit like a freight train though.

The second dose knocked me on my rear. I’ve been sick for 3 days & still feel terrible. Had to go the ER for fluids bc I’m so nauseous I couldn’t keep anything down & woke up dehydrated. Then the booming, nonstop severe headache is so bad I asked to be knocked out bc NOTHING eases it. I also have fever, chills, weakness. I would not have taken dose 2 if I had this type reaction but all I had then was arm soreness.

Diagnosed with shingles 2 months after my second Pfizer vaccine dose. Wish I had taken the shingles vaccine before the covid vaccine.

Take Tylenol or Ibuprofen! Fever of 101 for two days, shivers and muscle pain...flu-like symptoms. And yes, the arm did ache...don't plan on working out for 3 days!

Got my second shot yesterday. Headache and very wiped out today. Did not suffer this after the first shot a few months ago. Hoping I feel better tomorrow. If it prevents me getting shingles it will be worth it. Good luck to all.

I had 2nd shot 3days ago. Had really nasty headache, stomach and colon pain. Broke down and took 1 Tylenol extra strength and went to bed a few hours early on day 2. Today is much better and should be totally fine tomorrow. The arm pain is just bruising from the shot. I get the arm pain from flu shot every year. But have never had side effects before from boosters/vaccines. I’m curious if I’ll have any from Covid shots later in the spring when it’s my turn to get them

It's 2 parts vaccine. Second one after 2 months and both are torture. Body ache and headache. Chills and Feverish feeling.Extra strength Tylenol did not help me at all.

I had my shingle shot on Saturday03/12/22 and I’m still feeling the awful affects after the fact…..the area where the shot was given is super soar and swollen the size of a grapefruit in redness, and I have chills, body aches and I’m extremely tired.

My first half gave me terrible joint pain and I had to use a walker for about three weeks every day is getting better but I won't get the second part!

I have a headache, my eyeballs are warm and they hurt, my joints ache, I have a low grade fever and yes, the injection site hurts. It wasn't just a little discomfort for me. I already took Tylenol 500mg 3x and I had the shot yesterday morning so it's been about 24 hrs. This is my 2nd injection but if it prevents the shingles, then I just have to go through with this.

My first shot was no big deal, but the second one I got 5 days ago is playing havoc with my arm. I was run down and had very slight flu symptoms the day after but then the itching started about two days after and now (5 days later) the upper arm of the injection site is covered in blisters along with the itching. I got the vaccinations after a bout of shingles, perhaps that has something to do with it, but in reality, I have a mini shingles outbreak on my arm. I just got my shot yesterday and man, my right deltoid muscle is sore and I have fever and chills at 0400 in the morning today and until now, I’m still feeling sore and feverish.

She ended up staying with us including my three kids for seven weeks. While she was here, she got shingles. It was like very sore bumps on her face and head. She was in a lot of pain. But she recovered. I suppose that my whole family has been exposed to the shingles virus since my mother was actually here while she had it. My wife will not get the shingles shot because of what happened to her mother. My wife quit her job so she could spend 12 to 16 hours a day seven days a week for almost 2 years with her mother in that home to make sure she was fed, got her medication‘s, and was properly cared for. That was a big toll on my wife’s health.. my wife is positive that it was the shingles shot her mother got that caused this to happen to her mother. My wife told our friends to not get the shingles shot, and damn if two days later the husband that got the shot ended up in the hospital with a ventilator for three weeks. I am planning to not get the shingles shot because of the history I have seen with my own eyes. But I do get the flu shot every year for decades, and I and my wife have had our two Chinese virus shots.. I have also had two separate pneumonia shots about 15 years apart, because there was a time back in the 70s and 80s, then I had pneumonia six years in a row because I worked outside in the cold, and I was around people commuting on buses.. when I got that first pneumonia shot recommended by my doctor, there went my seven week paid vacation every winter while I was off with pneumonia those seven years in a row

I had it, fever of 101 for 36 hours, shivers, titinaits,dizzy, muscle pain. I was out for 36 hours then ok. I should have taken ibuprofin like she said. Ill take it for the second one.

I took shingrix in combination with a tetanus vaccine I DEFINETLY DO NOT recommend taking both at the same time It was my first dose and I have never been sicker than i was that night and all the next day

Two days after my second shot I became violently ill with all severe symptoms except the blisters. This is over two months. Haven't heard of anyone who hasn't had a major reaction to the Shigrix shot. Some very serious. I'll take the Vitamin D route and keep the immunity up. BTW, you can still get shingles after the shot.

I regret getting Shingrix shots. Second shot symptoms never went away. 17 months ago. Headaches everyday, tinnitus, low energy, slightly upset stomach. Update, almost 4 years now and symptoms are 50% better, still regret getting it every day

Yes there are! Two days after the shot I had severe shingles. It is 4 months...The reaction has finally gotten lighter but goes on. It must have been an allergic raction. Also fatiques is severe . Everyone should check before taking the shot. Thy could be allergic to it.. My Primary did not offer any advice. Shame on her!
