I hate that they dont lay out the program simply so you can assess if you want to do it and list the price easily. I dont want to have to deal with a person until I decide I want to

​@@jason-dn3hy Someone I know is on the program. She gave them $8K to lose 40 lbs. You eat bariatric foods which are available online. You basically eat about 800 calories/day max. You get to eat real food for dinner but only 3 oz cooked protein and 1.5 cups veg, with 1 tbsp fat. It's wild what these people charge. It's low carb, high protein. Nothing really mediterranean about it.

PHD doesn't actually restrict calories and clients eat to fullness with lots of healthy fats and protein. We can't think of a client who would only eat 800 calories as this would harm a metabolism. The amount of food eaten varies according to the clients' need and the amount listed here is not correct as much information is missing. The cost of the program depends on each unique individual and the severity of the condition, but the cost quoted above is inaccurate and extremely high. No "bariatric" foods, yet we do provide some snacks that offer high quality protein and ease during big changes for no extra cost. Along with customized meal plans, weekly one on one coaching, and free maintenance for life, we help our clients transition into a sustainable, modified mediterranean plan. The best thing to do to find out the cost of your program is to call so we can learn more and figure out what it would look like for you!

My wife and I completed the program in Feb 2023 and have the tools that have allowed us to maintain our goal weights to within 2 lbs. plus/minus. We do our monthly weigh ins and PHD is available to us anytime but we don't need a lot of support now. The weight loss phase really created the support and learning for us to create new habits and learn how to monitor and maintain ourselves. We have never felt better! That is what makes this program stand out for us. It's been an amazing journey and we are so grateful to the PHD team!

Just follow Dr Berg, Dr Berry, and Dr D'Adamo. Also based upon bloodwork to assess nutritional deficiencies. All info is available and for not large amounts of money. Not everyone can afford an eating coach.
