Found these holes in the yard this morning. Any idea what dug these?

Welp I now know wth is digging these holes in my yard now. It’s most likely a opossum trying to find grubs.

Armadillo would be my guess. They like making a mess of yards.

Opossums do not dig or burrow. They live in trees primarily.

Possums do dig holes and I have one living in my backyard at the moment. Don't be a Google warrior acting like you know something when you pulled it off Google and not from your own research or experience.

They do dig looking for grubs and other insects

They may dig for bugs to eat, sure, but don't make their own dens. They use existing shelter

Woodchuck/groundhog. Signature crescent-shaped mound of dirt framing the hole 😁

I have about 5 to 10 holes in back yard every morning in last 2 or 3 weeks. Is it a groundhog or possum or other animal? What can you do?

I was Finally able to see what they were 😂😂 Let the dog out and I had a backyard FILLED with Rabbits.

Did you figure it out? If your down in the southwest, armadillo? Or Midwest, maybe a mole?

Moles don't make holes. They hardly surface. They make mounds and move the dirt above ground to create a feeding trap but still hunt underground and do not surface.

Armadillo. Treat your lawn for grub worms. Bio advance grub worms plus or something like that would help. Got to treat it a couple times at least though just fyi
