During a recent conversation in Johannesburg, South Africa, Douglas Murray remarked that he often hears talk about bringing things to an end, but rarely about what ought to be done once the destruction has taken place. In South Africa, it’s certainly true that some things have to be brought to an end, but the question remains: what then?
In this video, I discuss why the problem in South Africa is bigger than the ruling party - why there are some inherent structural problems. Furthermore, I explore some ideas on what a more sustainable system might look like.
