உடல் எடையை குறைத்த பிறகு அதே எடையில் நீடிப்பது எப்படி சார். நான் முன்பு பின்பற்றிய அதே உணவு பழக்க வழக்கம் மற்றும் உடற்பயிற்சிகளை தற்போதும் பின்பற்றுகிறேன். அதானால் எடை மேலும் குறைகிறது. எதை நிறுத்த வேண்டும், எதை தொடர வேண்டும் என்று தெரியவில்லை. உங்கள் அறிவுரை தேவை சார்.

Sir, now at this stage, to increase weight you can either increase your input (healthy eating) or decrease your output (workout) to a minimal level and see if you are able to maintain it. If you are choosing to increase your input make sure you take more proteins, good fats and fibre.
