This video is a realistic What I eat in a day for high protein focus diet. I've been back on track with counting macros lately and hitting my protein goal of 120g every day. I aim to get protein in every meal, and to eat simple and healthy meals as much as possible to reach my fitness goal! High protein diets help with building muscle and muscle keeps you young, energized, can balanced hormones, can helps with skin and hair! There is so many benefits!! I know that 100g or more of protein might seem like a lot, so hopefully this what I eat in a day video will give you some inspiration on how to do that! I love to meal prep my protein (such as chicken in this video) on sunday so that my lunch are no brainers during the week, as well as eating the same healthy high protein breakfast that is so tasty! It makes tracking macros and reaching high protein so much more easier since your high protein meals are repeating during the week. Let me know if you have any questions!
