This is amazing ! Thank you for showing that we can be fit and EAT for real, realistic portions, and not small meals two times a day like a loooot of "fitness influencers" do. That's so liberating and guiltless ❤️

I have never watched a full video of yours but this video call me out a lot. Your experience with decreasing cardio, when comparing to mine, is so accurate, and the opinion you gave about cardio is 100% true, I totally get on board with that. This amount of useful knowledge is definitely what girls deserve to know. Also love the part when you ramble on following dreams and adding one commitment daily, how we view and plan things out and turns but it doesn't matter once we are still on the run regardless of any hindrances and obstacles.

Yeah I'm really careful too with pre-workout. I take the smallest amount for a little bit of energy but it really affects me if I take even half or normal serving! Also finds it increases my anxiety and definitely feel a huge crash later on in the day!

I love how much food you eat! I always emphasize to my clients that you can still eat a lot and get to your goals as long as it’s what your body requires. Restriction is def NOT the way!

I’m worried I’m not eating enough. I do a lot of strength training but I’m eating 1600 calories. I feel fine but most days but most macro and calorie calculators say I should be eating 2,000 calories to lose weight. I’m a little under 300 pounds

@@charmayneashley1107 a few things would determine whether or not you are eating enough. Like your daily activity level and also just how many calories you burn all through the day. Most macro calculations have to be taken with a pinch of salt. I would say, consider how you feel when you eat. Do have to restrict yourself a lot? How long have you been eating 1600 calories? And how much were you eating before then? If you just started and it’s a drastic change then you may have to slow it down a bit in order to give your body the time to adjust and not shock your body. Or you may have to find the right foods that will satiate you even on only 1600 calories cos there are ways to do that! You’ve got this💪🏿

I don't feel that way with pre-workout. It makes me happy and gives me a boost (real or imagined) and no side effects later...

So I have been a pre-workout junkie for years now and not too long ago I had an issue where I would get really tired instead of energized or feel the boost, still don't know why but I noticed if I stay active throughout the day I dont get the tiredness from drinking pre-workout. Now I take pre workout while doing my warmup and I don't feel the negative effects of it.

Thank you for asking the question I also would appreciate a calorie breakdown. And another suggestion for Pernilla - I see that you have a passion for helping people but I feel like your videos always go off in a "different direction" than the title. I would appreciate so much if your content really only contained the material in the title which is "What I eat in a day, 10 minute meals" this is your channel and obviously you're free to upload anything you want so this is just a suggestion bc that's the only reason I tuned in. I hope this message doesn't come across as hate bc it certainly is not! 💝

So I don’t normally share personal stories on social media but this one. My family was gather for Christmas dinner at Moms. She told us she had an idea and as family what do we think. She wanted to start a grocery delivery service. We all stared at each other like seriously. Look where are now everyone has delivery Amazon. I swear this was before Amazon. Yep I feel like a fool now.

Eat small portion with good foods but don't count calories, your body need 2000 calories. Be active!

You'd be surprised by how filling and low in calories veggies are. She mostly eats whole foods and just ads that extra protein kick. Personally, I love adding legumes and tofu to my meals as well. You're never hungry, and you basically don't need snacks that much, if at all. Also, it depends on how active you are throughout the day. It is a lot of food...just the right kind
