Helloo! Actually I’m not very impressed by this brand so I’m still going to try other matcha brands, will share in my vlog once I found one I like 😚 Added water, this is the ratio I use - 1 tsp matcha powder to 40ml water + drizzle of honey + milk!

I envy u! I dont lose weight fast. I think your weight drop v fast the next day leh.. from 49 become 48.

Actually 1kg in a day is not normal for me, I was very shock also! think it’s either the weighing scale cranky or I lost water mass or I just ate a lot on the weekend then haven’t went to the toilet 😅 Not realistic to look at this weight fluctuation, I usually rely more on the fat % and how my body feels!
