Hi Kate. I think you did really well and were tested by farewell treats and eating with friends. You passed those tests so you should do well with your future dieting. Going to pilates and the Gym will be good and you can ask them any diet health concerns. Enjoy your Mothers Day with the family!!

important tip! ur def. eating too many fruits. though fruit is a good substitute for when ur craving somthing sweet and sugary, its natural sugars can become bad quickly for u if u over consume. so fruit bowls are actually NOT healthy. :) hope it helps
