This is the most beautiful video I've seen in a long time. Thank you for sharing your life and your recipes with us! You are very talented at food clearly, but I really appreciate your vulnerability and honesty in this video. And it's beautifully shot -- food really is art! Good luck with your next move and finding where you want to settle. I love following along, you guys are special people!

Honestly, I don't really watch your videos for the recipes. I like to watch you make stuff for sure, but it's to get ideas and pick up tips and tricks. I come back to your channel to see your beautiful food creations, and I love everything you've shown so far. You're the magic ingredient. I get that sometimes you're not feeling whole, and you need to step away. That's understandable. I'm always eager to see you and see the light you shine when you find your spark again. You got this.

I have watched you since your apartment in the Bay years ago. Back in the baked potato, ketchup and romaine lettuce HCLF days. I have watched every one of your videos and enjoyed learning from you whether that was cooking, new products, or a gentle approach to spreading veganism. Looking forward to seeing you hone in on your natural gifts and letting go of the stress of sponsors, timelines, educating, etc and instead like you said, spreading the joy of food. Truly your dharma. I’m a huge ASMR person and often go back to your specific ASMR video but also watch you in general to relax. This new style will be so full of joy and peace 🥰

I up and moved to a house in the woods a year ago because I needed a big change to help pull me out of a depressive funk. It absolutely helped, but with time and distance, I realized there was a lot I didn't fully appreciate at the time with what I had while I was in that depression. So I absolutely relate to what you were saying - it's too easy to focus on the negative aspects while you're in a situation and then realize all the positive things you took for granted/didn't embrace. Love your videos and happy to see you making content again!

Beautifully put. Appreciating the little things as they happen can be so difficult, especially when, in those moments, you might feel tired, run down, depressed, or even in pain. But when we look back we often forget about the internal discomfort, and remember the moment for what it was. I try to remember that there's nothing wrong with that, and just appreciate the memory. ❤️ Best of luck on your journey, enjoy the ride. 😘

Thank you for being so open and vulnerable, because everything you have said resonates so much with me. I struggle with anxiety and depression and tend to feel like the negative thoughts crowd out the positive... always seeking something or somewhere new that will bring more joy. Appreciating what is here and now, and enjoying where I am, despite the struggles, is so hard yet so necessary. Distance always lends so much perspective and often it is the best parts of our past that stick with us. We can do hard things, and the hard is only temporary. Keep doing what you are doing! You make beautiful food and very engaging videos ❤️

Gratitude is what gets me through the day - challenging times and non-challenging times as well. Unfortunately, I had to get cancer to learn that. Gratitude keeps us focused in the presence and it even helps us to appreciate the bad days as well as they can be experiences of growth and renewal. You really can’t enjoy the sunshine without a bit of rain. ❤❤

Thank you Sarah for sharing. I am loving this new style you're trying out, it truly speaks YOU. I watched a much more tender and calmer you, I love to see it. I have to say this is by far my favorite video of yours, it shows a different you and I felt like I was sitting down listening to a friend. I am grateful for the present moment I'm living right now:) as many of us it's hard to be present and for the longest time I've been lingering in the past, future, and also fake scenarios that haunt me and that are far from the truth. But lately, with a lot of inner work, I've calmed myself down to the present moment, enjoying what is now. ty:)

Dear Sarah, this video gave me goosebumps. Im making YT Videos since 2015? on and off and I have also studied so many things. Some things are obvious ( I should post regularly) others not. I also believe, when you create something with your full heart, people will see the time and effort. I didn't know that struggling with mental health cam be that hard. I'm sorry for that and happy to see the changes in you. Your videos can't be the way you did them 2 years ago. That is good. You grow. Your audience grow. I'm exited to see more of your new place. See, I wish I could just move away and see where it takes us. But we both have no remote jobs (not now). Thank you for your content and your sharing. :)
