Since I'm not able to travel to Texas and I'm in South Florida, how can I get a healthy hair regimen for my grey natural hair? I'm tired of wasting money and just need a week to week regimen that I can follow. Any help or suggestions you can give would be highly appreciated. Thank you

Wish I could find a salon like yours where I live in north Florida. I've continued shaving my head just because its easier than the trauma of salons that don't know how to care and nourish natural hair

I wish you were local. I’ve been getting a lot better at hair care and it would be nice to gauge “how good” I have. Also I want my curls popping. When mostly keeping it in Afro state. I see some people use leave in, a butter then gel. What do you recommend for Afro textured hair?

My protective style - free form locs for 37 years. No one is twisting pulling or manipulating my hair. It's an option worth mentioning.

Well I stopped relaxing my hair almost three years now and when I wash and condition it, I've noticed now that my hair gets really tangled and knots up a lot since I've gone natural. I moisturize and press my hair before I braid it up and it's fine until I take it down to clean it. Why is that?
