Tiger because the Jag would be significantly flower. It having the highest mussel density of all cats. And this would probably mean it would fatigue faster than the Tiger. The Tiger is not just the biggest cat its the biggest a cat can be and still maintain its cat nich efficiencies. Also the tigers personal plays a role. Thats why Lions are referred to being Kings of a place they dont inhabit. All personally type of roaring it tatical in a fight as well. I've always been a huge fan of the jaguar, & have long admired its hunting abilities, relying as it does on stealth & explosive power on its approach & the incredible & unique power of its bite force. It seems there are just about no two species to fight & compare that haven't already been studied, compared & tested. So now we're entering the realm of the what ifs. As long as it's thoughtful & fact based, why not?

One very important thing you forgot there which can be crucial is the body shape difference. Jaguars have a build much similar to dirk-toothed sabretooth cats, meaning its legs are more powerful but are also shorter. In other words, the fight would probably be won by the one that manages to use its advantages better. If a tiger manages to keep a slight distance while swiping and it's better agility it will probably win, but if the jaguar manages to push for a chest to chest close combat then it will overpower the tiger and probably win cause of superior muscle density and strength. The bite force at both is immense and considering they don't have real protection against it like the lion's mane, whoever manages to get a good bite it will have one hell of an impact on the other.

Tigers are naturally skilled boxers. There is no way a jaguar land any final bite before tiger bite jaguar on neck. Also as you mentioned being more robust physically, jaguars will be slightly smaller in dimensions at same weight. And as tigers have more slender and agile body they most probably dominate the entire fight because of their speed, agility and stamina.

I don't know how bite force is a major factor when it's speed,power, & agility that's more important. A perfect example, a Hyena has a bite force of 1100 psi, more even than a Lion but it does him no good against a Lion because he only chickenpecks because if he bit a Lion hard that would be his death sentence guaranteed!!!

I think the enhanced Jaguar may suffer from reduced stamina due to it's immense amount of compact muscle. I also think it's limbs would still be slightly stumpier than the Tiger's and slower due to this and the high muscle mass. I think the Jaguar would likely win though and for a Tiger to have a chance it would need to be a very cunning tiger and need to make a lot of evasive manoeuvres and get the Jaguar to gas thrn go for the Jaguar's throat. But this I highly doubt would happen. High muscle density and explosive strength is a very dangerous combination that the Jaguar weilds. In saying this, there is a matter of critical mass. Perhaps a Jaguar simply would not survive with it's physiology upscaled. Take the Liger for example, this animal is too big and slow to hunt and would likely be beaten by regular Lion or Tiger.

Jaguar would still lose. Its more than size. They are built differently. Jaguars are short with short limbs and smaller paws. Tigers can fight on 2 legs if need be. Jaguars wouldn't beat Lions either the same size. Its more than size. To have more weight on a Jaguar or Leopard would be a disadvantage and would be more stubby and stocky and have less agility. Lions and Tigers have the body length and height to carry that much weight and muscle. The Tiger can also fight on his back.
