Ma'am should we do yoga first or go for a walk in the morning first ?? Please reply ma'am...once you mentioned walk first then yoga in one video and then in the yoga video you told yoga first then brisk walk....ma'am it's little confusing Please help it would be great....Please reply !!

Well i am a teenager (male) 16 y 4 mths older and i had started jogging and walking at park and also weight burning exercise at home , my weight is perfect compare to my height( Height:170 cm , weight:70 kg ) so my brother recommonded me to eat healthier food more. I will update you guys after a certain time that what changes i see
