Ehhhhh.... I'm going to point you to '93 and SMB The Movie. And the original '89 Burton Batman for contrast. Marvel movies just elevated themselves with Ironman. DC movies are still struggling, and usually Batman is the only franchise that can get it right (about half the time.)

DC is in no way struggling with that? BvS, Suicide Squad, Man of Steel, Green Lantern, Jonah Hex, The Losers? Which of those was a critical or financial success? The Losers is by far the best out of those and hardly anyone saw it and even less knew that it was based on a DC comic.

Shawhank Redemption and Pulp Fiction are essentially my two favorite films of all time, which makes this extremely difficult. I'd probably go with Shawshank by a hair, just because I always felt slightly more emotionally connected with it

I always loved how Dan has probably seen a lot of way artsier and more nuanced cinema than the rest by a landslide, yet he levels down and pitches Forrest Gump in space just to make that Apollo 13 joke. He truly was a Screen Junkie.

I love the 1994 commitment... even without a different intro. :p *Best movie of 1994?* - 'The Lion King'. I mean there's 'True Lies', 'The Mask', 'Dumb and Dumber', 'Stargate' (regardless of its own quality, it launched a TV franchise), 'Wes Craven's New Nightmare', and the first of the underrated TV films of its franchise, 'Alien Nation: Dark Horizon' (I've not seen the original film fully or the TV series but I advise watching the TV films as a sci-fi fan). 'The Lion King' though. It's iconic. Andy didn't argue that well through most of it but I think his closing argument was the best. Also, Dan argued against 'Pulp Fiction' for the use of anti-heroes despite earlier arguing for a Deadpool film.

Max J that's pretty accurate. I'm in Chicago and one is close to $30 with one topping. So imagine 2 with 2-4 toppings each. That would be close to $70.

I have seen every movie fights and I have never laughed harder (except for maybe the drunk fights championship). I love seeing the family get together and be silly just having fun! Great job ya'll!

yeah, I was kind of baffled how Dan didn't seem to like that movie, or at least that's how it looked for me when he laughed about it. its arguably one of the best movies of that year, far better than Forest Gump despite me enjoying it.
