I've got an old pair of harbinger gloves with built in wrist support that have worked great for me for years. Nice video, and that's a really cool feature on the bag, the hanging hook.

I own this bag and love it. Caveat, I use it as my work bag and flight carry on. I carry two laptops, an iPad, and the peripherals that go along with them. Still have plenty of room for other things. Perfect bag tbh, especially if you have to go to work immediately after hitting the gym.

Good vid man. Don’t know if you have one yet but I carry my foam roller everywhere. Before the workout and after it does magic. Trust me. I’m 35 now and recovery does not come as quickly as when I was in my 20’s. Great job 👍

I've always preferred a backpack as my gym bag (mainly because it's easier to commute with), but I do love the S&L Regimen's design. I think I'd use it as an overnight/weekend bag though.

- I like the water bottle and shoe compartments and the hook. And you are right in saying it is great for commute + gym. - wow Brian, you are well prepared with those clamps haha! - i just carry a standard backpack with my back belt, gloves, gym towel, water bottle, umbrella and sunglasses. my gym is about a 25min walk from my place, and most times i go there from home, so i don't carry a change of clothes. on days that i go to gym from somewhere else, i carry a holdall and put my additional things there.

Things to consider Brian since we are the same age.. belt for deadlifts and squats, knee pads for squats, tapes and prolly medication,headphone for music... What I have in my gym bag

Like! I use similar items. My basics are some pair of Nike Air Jordan, a sport watch like Polar Ignite and a Bluetooth headphones.

What colour warmth do you have your LED lights set at when you do these kind of videos in front of the studio background? Do you have it at a daylight standard of around 5600k give or take? Or do you have a more warmer / cooler setting you prefer?

Not sure what you’ve done for the wrist at this point obviously, but there are certified hand therapists out there who can really help (or least refer you to an MD they trust if it’s something outside of their hands). Fun video!

Quality video Brian, I'm considering purchasing as I like the fact it has a trainer compartment and laptop stowaway to combine as an all purpose work/gym bag. Its going to set me back the best part of 400 quid all in one I get it delivered to the UK though. How Is it holding up? are you still using it? Would you recommend it or have you a better option now? Would love to hear some pros and cons 6 months on. Cheers

Update, I ended up getting this bag back in November and it's held up very well. The materials are fantastic, and I use the bag as my work / flight carry on bag. I usually travel with two laptops, and iPad, and the peripherals that come with that. I still end up with a ton of room in the bag, and it's the perfect size. It really isn't too big for what I use it for, but I prefer using a smaller bag for the gym. I ended up buying the Timbuk2 Tripper as my gym bag and honestly... I love it so much. It's way more affordable, and the size is just perfect. I sometimes use it as a daily carry bag (when I visit a friend, go to the gym, or need to take some extra things with me to keep in the car while I'm out). The Stuart and Lau gym bag is a little too big to use as a daily carry imo. Also, I ordered the Carry All from Satchel and Page and didn't like it compared to the rest. The bag was stunning but overall it was too big and stiff for my needs.

It's a gym bag, but it can also double as a daily commuter, which I mentioned. So it's nice to have a quality bag that looks nice if you're carrying it every day, especially to work.

I sprained my wrist putting my bike one handed on the bike rack. ]It still hurts sometimes. It's one of the slowest injuries to fully heal

It's a month later - do you still like the bag? I'm on the verge of purchasing it since I don't really take anything to work except my gym equipment. Is it large enough to fit a meal tray and a belt?

Yes, still loving it. A meal tray? It has a padded laptop sleeve so you could probably use that. Tons of room.

This is a question in general for the guys out there who hit the gym in the morning but do you find it strange to do your morning shower/face/hair routines in the gym showers after working out or do you do part of it at home? I just can't imagine working out in the morning then whipping out my hair dryer in the locker room myself.

Typically, I'm going in the afternoon, so the shower for me is simply to freshen up. I won't wash my hair or face then.

It's the small size. I'd probably get a larger if I had to do it again. It'll fit the minimum of what I need but I'd prefer it to be a little bigger.

I don’t like wearing gloves working out but I also don’t mind the calluses. Only if I’m doing a lot of pull-ups I wear hand grips. Cool video

Bwahaha! I have a torn labrum in my shoulder thanks to a bad crash from a bike race. I tried swimming, but that really started to aggravate the shoulder.

For anyone wondering, it can fit a 15.6 Inc laptop witch makes its perfect for traveling. kzfaq.infoUgkxhqixo9uZ1YyoCn9PYPPCh4S-n-1Z-vJl I got the small size and its pretty big, I would even say that you can be fine with an extra small one. With the small you can fit a 15.6 inch laptop, 2 - 3 jeans or panta and at least 4 to 5 shirt and a pair of shoes(if you travel more than you go to the gym of course) and you will still have a lot of space to spear if you know how to organize it. Overall I LOVE IT.

That bag looks like it's never seen the outside of a house much less a gym. Mine has chalk, baby powder, protein powder all over everything and misplaced socks and gym smutze all over the bottom. I mean this is a beautiful bag- but it looks brand new.
