Im still not entirely convinced on the wireless but if I did do the switch, I want another Logitech. This particular Razer smokes the logitech for sure as I am more aesthetics/performance than just performance.

This comment is super late but holy shit thanks for the honesty about the gpx superlight mushy side buttons because so many reviewers brushed over that part and its the reason why I returned it and ordered the viper v2 pro, I play Destiny 2 and use side buttons heavily for grenade / melee. Subbed

I had that same Viper scrollwheel issue on my Superlight. I think it varies from unit to unit.

I used to have the G Pro Wireless and it unfortunately started double clicking a few months after use. It started to get really bad and I ended up just getting rid of the mouse for the Razer Viper Ultimate. No regrets tbh, the grip of the Viper is so much nicer and I'll be upgrading to the V2 Pro.

Great video dude 🔥Personally, I won't be upgrading to the v2 pro because like I said last time, the only upgrade I needed was a mousepad since I was the previous mousepad I had was showing signs of wearing down. Tried the Viper V2 Pro to maybe replace my X Pro Superlight. Reason why I switched back was the XPS was it felt more comfortable on my hand also turning on/off grew more annoying overtime. Side buttons on the V2 Pro felt more tactile than the XPS.. however for the games I play.. its not a factor.

Wich one should i buy? I like the both mouse so much i want them both but just spending 300 isnt good for my waltet since i want a new monitor. So... Please help me out just by saying the better mouse in the replys.

It's time to consider going up in DPI a bit. Modern sensors are measurably faster at 1600 vs 400 or 800 DPI by a few ms extra, especially with smaller, slower micro adjustments. There's no consistency issues anymore either. Going to much higher than that gives diminishing returns quickly though.

I own an OG G Pro and a Viper V2 Pro. Whatever mouse you decide to go with, both should be great options. If I use the G Pro Superlight X, I HAVE to use the included side grips. That mouse's coating is so smooth that it's atrocious for people like me with notoriously dry hands. As for the Viper v2 Pro, it's now my main and the chalky coating is glorious for my grip. If you have sweaty hands, you may have to use the included grips but realize that they are quite thick and add maybe 1-2 more grams to the mouse itself.

Not sure about the prices in the us, but here in eu the v2 pro is about 60 dollars more expensive than the gpx, although i really like the design of v2 pro i still went with the gpx, hopefully it will satisfy me, i come from a 10 dollar random mouse that randomly does weird stuff if i flick too hard.

My very first mouse was the viper ultimate then I decided to give the g x superlight a try since everyone won't stfu about it lol and now I got the v2 pro and the v2 pro is my main I always keep coming back to it even thoa I brought new grips for the x superlight

Its weird how every reviewer says how the hump on the back of the Superlight is a good thing, that's literally the reason i sold mine, i found that to be extremely annoying and uncomfortable, Vipers shape is so much better imo. I miss the battery life that Superlight had, but would have ended up breaking the mouse if i didn't sell it, cuz i caught myself many times pressing on the hump trying to squish it, cuz how uncomfortable i found it. Edit. My had size is very much regular male hand i would say, its about 19 cm longest finger to base of the palm and 10 cm in the widest part of the palm, maybe a few mm over those measurements. So, i would say my palm size is not large nor small.

I've legit turned my v2 pro on once and that's it. Synapses set the time to two minutes and it turns off on its own and when you move the mouse it's back on. Granted if you are swapping between mice, guess can't pull that off.

I'm so confused now. The scroll con you mentioned on the Viper V2 Pro here @7:13 actually is the EXACT problem I'm having on my G Pro X hens why I started hating it cause it was so annoying and went on a search for a alternative. Which brought me to the Viper V2 Pro. Tried it out in a local store and the scroll is way better on it. Also the internet is full with the same complaints to the GPX scroll.

Have both and v 2 has a better overall feel. Click is smoother. Gliding is the same. G pro feels fake and no worth it’s price to me ..

I have both and so far I Def prefer my performance on v2 pro but can agree with you that gpx just looks sleeker and prettier. But for finger tip grip and low sens v2 pro is Def preferred for me. Claw I'd probably prefer gpx. Both great mice for sure

how would you compare this to the glorious model d wireless? Right now I have a model o wireless but honestly the ambidextrous feel is still slightly uncomfortable for me and there's some hardware issues on it so I've been looking to upgrade to either the model d wireless or the viper v2 pro

I would say gprox sl > viper v2 since viper v2 is too much for gaming.... very inconvenient in lots of situations... but from performance, it makes not much difference. (From a both v2 and sl owner)

It’s not about what mouse is better cuz if the mouse is too bug for your hand size like both the Logitech G Pro X Superlight and Razer Viper V2 Pro are, you ain’t gonna do hack shit on the battlefield and in your rank games and just bottom frag with 0 kills!!!!!!!!!! For reference I got 17.78cm x 9.5cm hands and main the Finalmouse Starlight-12 small in claw grip form with Magnesium Infinity Mice hump in a Hati s / s2 shape which has a higher profile cuz the original Finalmouse Starlight-12 hump is build for fingerip users only and cramps up my wrist, arms and hands in claw grip form and I end up getting carpal tunnel. Also, main the Razer Viper Mini Wireless as well and for me to be able to aim at my highest level I need a mouse thats 115mm long and 56mm wide!!!!!!!!!!

I'll stick with my current GPROX since I bought it for 110 USD a week ago I can suggest to get aftermarket mouse skates for the GPROX because the stocks are so thin and it feels scratchy sometimes on my Aquacontrol+ which is not the most flat mousepad.

What about side keys on both mouses..because i own gpx superlight mouse and its sidekeys feels dumb...it feels like the keys are not tactile

I feel like I could do a faster flickering with the newer v2 pro just because of the light weight and larger mouse feet when compared with my RVU mercury. The lighter it is the less build up momentum and more control over the mouse.

Logitech mices literally have the best construction for grips... I have a 20$ G102 and a 60$ razer viper... And I still feel more comfortable with the Logitech when it comes to gripping...

you should go for logitech everybody. I had a For YEARS, brought a , lasted 4 months like alot of other users v2 pro mouses. There is a BIG Problem with the Wireless Usb dongle from Razer, they just quit life, and a new usb costs the price of a G pro x Superlight... Razer scammed me xD. now waiting for the usb to be delivered and i have no idea if it even works >.>

I have Logitech G Pro X Superlight sadly after 5 months of use didnt turn on anymore because of the battery, i replaced the battery I fixed the mouse and after, the scroll wheel didnt work anymore… Its such a smooth mouse good grip, good sensor good switches I like the clicks. But durability of Logitech products are 0. Changed 3 g502 because of right switches didnt work. G Pro X Superlight 120£ Only for 5 months +20£ The battery delivered from China. Many errors in Windows after fixing it, I couldn’t click the taskbar Icons. Razer Viper Ultimate 2 Years of use and I have better High Scores on Kovaks even with the old sensor… I ordered Viper Pro V2 just because I want whats the best on the market. Im waiting for it! I was thinking maybe to buy another Superlight but after what happened no Thx. No more Logitech products.

I would advise taking the "safe shape for most players" part with a grain of salt. Because if you buy it, and it's very bad for you... That's $140 down the drain. That's what happened to me. I saw a lot of reviews saying that the GPro fits all grip styles for most players. It does not fit all grip styles AND it's slippery. I put grips on it and because of the shape, it still feels slippery or no grip control. The main problem with the superlight was that the sides are flat with a very small tiny groove. I could not get a good hold on the mouse and have to constantly adjust my grip. It was like trying to hold onto ice. The Viper, on the other hand, has a noticeable and great groove on the side. Great grip control and even better with grip tape. It works with my claw/fingertip grip. The level of grip control is night and day difference. Flicks are sharp and moving up or down with fingertip is clean. The GPro DOES NOT fit all grip styles. Mostly palm type grips or claw grips that use a lot of palm surface area. My claw grip uses mid - low palm contact. The people using the GPro with claw are probably putting palm grip contact on and just curving their fingers.

Razer V2 or Superlight?? Android or Apple? Gucci or Louis Vuitton at the end of the day you are buying a high end mouse... so it all comes down to preference of how you hold your mouse... a lot of people that already have and gotten used to the gpro would say the gpro is more comfortable when they used the razer... and people that use the razer will say when they used the gpro it was worst for them because the huge hump... but if you are coming at this blind, in my humble opinion the razer would win.. as it is more ergonomic. but hey they are both great mouses so fuck it buy both of them.. LOL

I own both (my friend recommended me to get the viper v2 pro when I was asking for help with upgrading) and I've never regretted it... well besides the price 🥲 IMO the GPX is a great casual gaming mouse, it feels comfortable to use and has good mouse software and long battery life, it's just an overall comfortable mouse to use and a good fail safe as Logitech rarely makes bad mice and the GPX is one of their best mice yet. Whereas with competitive gaming I'd definitely the viper v2 pro, I play a lot of siege and val and I feel like my aim is alot smoother with the viper v2 pro and it's minimalistic meaing there's nothing in the way to distract you or make you miss any shots and it's perfect for me since I play with a fingertip hybrid mouse grip, optical switches so it'll never double click, the stock feet are absolutely amazing and one of the best stock feet I've ever used on a mouse (I usually get super glides or core pads) but they still hold a lot of control while still being incredibly fast on my mouse pad (artisan hien soft xl) It's REALLLY hard for me to choose one over the other as they both have their pros and cons but if I had to say then it'd be a complete draw for me and it just comes down to whether you like the shape and mouse software.
