There was a time when dancing on top of the bar became a thing on a Friday night after a long week of work. Part of that reason was due to the cult classic movie Coyote Ugly.
Critics panned the movie, but it still garners a cult following until today. Whenever you hear LeAnn Rimes' “Can’t Fight the Moonlight” at a bar, don’t be surprised to see girls dancing on top of it.
Coyote Ugly is also remembered for its cast, including Maria Bello, Tyra Banks, Piper Perabo, and Bridget Moynahan. So, where are they today? What are they up to? Watch this video to find out!

This was my first "click bait-y" experience. Seeing Tyra on on the cover & her being so prominent in the trailer only to go see it & the bitch leaves after scene 2 & then makes a brief cameo at the end when they're all dancing on the bar.

Piper is still drop dead gorgeous. As a man I loved it for the girls but see this like "dirty dancing". Of course it's no way near as good but it's that "girly" feel good stuff. I don't think it's a bad movie at all.

"some critics have called the movie sexist..." And those are the best movies that always become a cult classic. Usually, it's the overweight, older, miserable types that find every movie from the 90s and 2000s (including Disney movies) to be sexist, and would most definitely be the types that claim they are all for empowerment, but yet perpetuate this idea that we women are always victims. I guess because they dress in a tight clothing, have slim bodies that they claim is unattainable, and work in a bar that attracts male customers in a manner that involves alcohol and dancing is _totally_ not something "real women" would _ever_ do in the "real world". 11/10 would watch the cheesy storyline again (awful accents and all) and enjoy the hell out of their bad early 2000s fashion that I tried to emulate.

B B I’m extremely late but this comment aged well 😂 it’s so funny how people slam movies for being sexist when they are the ones perpetuating the sexism by griping on it. Nobody forced these women to dance on the bar they wanted to do it because it made them money and they are sexy. Stop telling people how to live their damn lives ppl
