He sends me a picture of a darling tiny lost dog,,,, asking me what he should do,, I said” give her to Me, I will foster her and help Locate the owner”,, omg my heart was pounding,, this is my specialty and also my ministry to lost animals,,, he says “ NOPE! Sorry,,,,, she’s going to the shelter!! Triggered a memory of him luring me years ago,,,love bombing me then dropping me,,, thankfully I never was intimate with this person but my heart was becoming soft towards him,,, that sudden discard was very confusing and hurtful. Now, using a dog of my dreams,,, to lure me back??? Oh no. But I do know he won’t hurt an animal. Only people. 😢

Hi Andrew. Yesterday was my birthday and for my present, I finally signed a lease to my apartment after 24yrs of narc trauma. Your videos along with others videos that I gain this knowledge from, have been very encouraging and healing towards me finally breaking free. 24 yrs😭😭 8 yrs of rabbit hole education before I'm done with the excuses🙌🙏. Thank you for your daily videos. The health issue for sure when I was having cancer surgery , I came home from the hospital and he was nowhere around so I took a nap and I woke up to him, squeezing my nose shut!!! he did the most bizarre things. Coming out of the fog now I can't even believe it. I met him during Covid so we were wearing a mask and he created this game where we could say whatever we wanted underneath the mask and not get mad. Hello Andrew, I like the way you say THE NARCISSIST. Other KZfaqrs on the subject, some of them stumble with the word most of the times BUT not YOU.

If you were in a car doing 90mph, with a narcissist, check your seatbelt because you would definitely be in for a rough ride. The only thing the narcissist thinks about every morning, is which mask to wear today.

Never got closure from either sibling. It took me a good while to adjust to being discarded. I have realized that I never apologized for anything to them in my life. They never deserved it. I also never praised them in their lives. They did not deserve it. I've never worn a mask with their behavior. Many, many times, I was a gray rock. It was a blessing that I still had self esteem enough to stand up for myself when necessary.

Can't believe that I survived this abuse as a little girl onward... until I finally found emptiness when I was about 10. While lying in my bed after being punished, I went really deep and asked myself who is Mary? I couldn't find that certain name after much thinking...it was then that I knew that I had just tapped my tiny realization that i Mary was the universe.😂

With time you fully understand what you've been dealing with...it has taken me time...over a year. Listening to Andrew has been like a beacon of light amongst the darkness...it's truly life changing. This is the story of a cluster b family member I've known for years: One of her husbands lost his job because she sabotaged his job. It wasn't just any job either, he had been in the army for years and had a future there before she accused him to his friends and superiors. Even though he wanted out of the relationship she would antagonize and manipulate him. She'd even attack him physically. Then when he threatened her back, she cried about it. It's her m.o. and I watched her do that to more than one person throughout her life. She doesn't just wreck relationships she in, she's attempts to wreck other people's relationships because she doesn't have any boundaries. What's yours could be hers if she wants it and you're not careful enough to prevent her from taking it. If you had someone like her in your life don't miss that person. They aren't worth any more of your energy. Your best life is ahead of you when you forget that person. Heal and live a peaceful life with loving friends and family and never let that narc back in, no matter what. Always remember you are worthy of all the love and respect you have to give. 🌹❤

Mary was only my name in this life .. and I knew it and it blew me away.

My ex ,when I had cancer ,he was on his phone with female & males while I had an operation to get get rid of my cancer .I only found out when we got home & he left his phone while he went to the bathroom .I knew some thing was up cause he wouldn't touch me or kiss me & would be gone for days .so I looked into his phone .I was shocked. He had soo many p8cs of women ,men & children on it .I got outright then & there ( the childern weren't naked or anything like that,but stillicould see where it's leading too.im happy now being alone .I don't trust anymore .but it's ok.i don't have to deal with his nastiness anymore.

He said a lot of things that didn't add up. 2 months of knowing him I saw. That's when I started looking up info about Narcissists. After almost 10 yrs of knowing him I know him pretty well. He admitted he's a narc.
