They are either a person who does not know about narcissism and they are a trusting kind loving stable person. Two they are a recycled source of supply who hasn’t gone no contact yet or Discovered what narcissism is. Or three they are a toxic person themselves. Anyway, you’ll look at it. The new supply is either being manipulated or manipulating the narcissist. The path is to go no contact block. This is a real difficult subject, a minefield of illusions that has you grabbing for a grain of reality, that's a normal response and understandable. Believe this, stop, take a breath, you are not the problem. This, currently, this experience, is a world wide phenomenon, so there, reflect on that, in your own way. Love, kindness and being there for others. Those attributes can't be taught, they are natural human responses in difficult times. Too survivors out there, and it's been said many times, focus on you, heal, goo for a walk in nature, smell the sea, feel the sky. Live your life to the max, the healthy way. You were targeted because of these things. This guys a legend, listen to him also. Godbless and take care, you have what it takes to plough through. Not necessarily. They are attracted to happy, accomplished, confident people - so that they can destroy them. The love bombs and constant attention will disarm their defenses. They won’t know what hit them until the devaluation stage begins. Just be glad that you aren’t the supply anymore.

She used to say that I'd never be nothing without her and i believed it. She would threaten abandoning me and I'd beg, and I'd plead, drop to my knees and I'd cry " Baby please don't leave" and she'd laugh, roll them snake eyes and she'd say " I am just messing with you" UNTIL I WAS DISCARDED REVERSELY 😢. NOW I might be late to the pity party but i will never allow anyone to treat me like that ever again, and although am angry, i thank her because she made me a better person and stronger than i was. BECAUSE this morning i finally stood up, rose from the ashes like a phoenix, held my chin up, dusted my self off and i am headed to the mountain top of indifference.

That's what you must remember; YOU'RE FREE! A free birdie 🐦 as I like to say. Please don't cry anymore. I know you've cried enough. So have I. Over someone who probably will never even know how much trauma, pain & suffering he caused Me. But, I'm stronger now from everything. There comes a time where you've cried so much, you don't WANT to cry anymore! You've cried enough over this person. You deserve to laugh and be happy, now. During the discard from the Ex-Narcissist, I prayed so much for the Lord to take the pain & suffering away. It was unbearable. Pray to the Lord to take your pain away the black cloud still hanging above. I hope you will find relief. It was the only thing I knew to do, after doing so much to heal. Brought me closer to the Lord and more spiritual than ever before. Also, get a nice journal & try to journal your emotions, memories and thoughts. It may help to get the pain and hurt out of your head and give you some relief. I hope this helps as one survivor to another. But, we are thrivers now!

As they say, "Practice makes perfect." The narcissist gets more skillful and polished. The light at the end of the tunnel is that they will grow old like the rest of us, and they find out that it gets harder to wear that heavy mask. That's when they get theirs... This past year I've put most of my energy into healing. I am on the mountain top of indifference. But I do make sure that I continue to put in effort each day to keep healing. I don't figure that I can stop watching videos. Healing has to be maintained. It gets better each day that passes.

I feel stupid be because I can’t say he was a super nice guy in the beginning, because he always made me feel like I wasn’t the first choice. He was and still is a regular at our local bars, so always flirting with the young bartenders. I thght he may change and I know now that’s crazy thinking but ya live and learn right? I knew he was an everyday drinker, but I guess my self esteem was so low that I settled! He thinks he is better than me and always has. I pray for peace and happiness for everyone going thru this awful situation.

Alcoholics are the worst. All the rage fits, fights, lies, mood swings, weird things they say(tell on themselves) and drunken scenes never end. I never, ever want to be with one again or turn into one. I gave up alcohol, post-narcissistic relationship. I was never a heavy drinker or alcoholic but, would drink from time to time. But, decided I was gonna live a better life now and alcohol is not something I partake in any longer. Going through the Narcissstic relationship actually was a reason I STOPPED drinking at all! I have not drank for 10 mos. straight. I want to live a long time, have a functioning liver and not die from alcohol. Already seen what it does to my age group and much older people who died from sirosis of the liver. It takes a toll on you, like so many other things.

The 1st "S" is the biggest trap for many ( we're human). It is a temporary "salve" for wounds from childhood, any average burden of anxiety and insecurity. Note : "Temporary." It can dig you in deep in a manipulative fog, prop up your false ego and act like an addictive drug. It can be the downfall of highly accomplished people ( as you read in the news every day). For a Narcissist, it can be the most powerful bait on their hook.

A narcissist loves money. They will enter relationships solely for the amount of money a person makes or for their potential to make money in the future. The 1st thing they will tell people about a new relationship is how much $ the person makes. As a result, they sometimes find themselves being treated exactly how they treated you. Disrespected,the person who does all the chores, controlled, bullied, etc. But they will flash their expensive clothes, car & house and act like their new partner or spouse is the best. Anotherwards, they will accept bad behavior if they are being supplied with material goods. And they will continue to bully, control & treat everyone else badly like they did before. (Ex: their children, co-workers, etc) So yes, their Facebook page may appear wonderful. But things are different behind closed doors. Everyone, you will heal. You will be in a much better spot. The ex-Narc was a 'beautiful" woman ( externally ). I expected for her to have a new supply (s). I eventually wished her well ( in my mind ), after getting over most of the fog and anger. Many years later, It never worked out for her with whatever new supply lineup she went through ( attracted to power and money ). Not my problem and I waste no time wondering about it. A Narc being attracted to another phony- They think "the grass is greener." but eventually get over the fence to find out it's "AstroTurf !" Plastic and fake.

My nephew is the new supply and there is nothing i can do, i have tried without success. Im watching , still observing but they are being brainwashed and abused. The abuser is my mum and its her grandson who's life is being moulded into something theu are controlling and manipulating. It's sick i know but ive just healed from this parasite out of my life forever and I have become indifferent with her. I don't want anything more to do with her . Healed from the ex here, but just have to share every single time Andrew says the phrase about the narcissist driving into the sunset it is so true. Had no clue but while still with the ex during the deval I had removed myself from social media even then as he was using my information etc for profiling. Anyhow he literally announced on a public platform that HE (singular) couldn’t wait to drive his 🏍️ ( bike )into the sunset heading west on a long trip. A mutual clergy informed me of it. I was so confused. “Why would you plan to go on a long trip going west separate from your new wife?” Fast forward a couple months and I learned why. Andrew knows these monsters in and out. They are planning the discard long before you even know they aren’t who they pretended to be. Very difficult to come to terms with but I did eventually accept it and moved forward. They are masters at the charm offensive , tuning into what makes someone new tick and saying and doing all the right things to hook them in . Narcs like to put out a toxic mixture of seeming intensely interested in you , humouring you and impressing you , and new customers will ALWAYS be taken in ! Been divorce from a narcisist for 20 years now. Had two children with him. Was married for 22. Took me a long time to heal. He married his lover, who she has 3 children from previous relationships. He forgot his own children and treat her children better that his own. That hurt own children very much, he also has two grandchildren from his daughter that he ignored, while give all the attention and money to the children and grandchildren of his wife. How can you recover from that? My children still has contact with him by phone and social media, and they only get hurt and rejected over and over. Now l see that is better if they cut tie with him for good. My father was another narcisist and l did not cut tie with him because my mother was living with him, l put up with him untill he die, he never acknowlege the way he treat me and how much he hurt me, for them they don't do anything wrong or how much they hurt their children. For some reason l atract narcisist, so after my divorce l didnt have or live with any body else. Hard to trust. I feel at peace alone.

It was a wonderful blessing to receive from my daughter yesterday. She drove me the switch backie ,95 miles up into the Rockies yesterday to Grand Lake for a lovely al fresco lunch and a brief hike til sprinkles started. Great video Andrew!! The new supply in my opinion are mostly birds of a feather......Their flock gets smaller and smaller with age. The unaware empath reminds the narcissist too much of you. They will lure in the empath for the unpaid helper, but they cant hold on to that person for too long. They will loathe that supply for reminding them of you and put them through the cycle of abuse in fast forward. The narcissist is on a loop for life. They are masters of illusion, and nothing they project is real. There are things that are real.... The healing path is real. Reaching the pinnacle of indifference is real. I just realized after 20 years, which was last year, that the narc got another narc worse than he! He really did reap what he sowed; I just didn't see it yet. He spent more money, time, everything exponentially compared to me, his child and his first wife combined! When I realized he's more broke and broken. His health, his mental health , his finances, his substance abuse right back, then I realized he got his own narc that everyone warned him about. She came out of nowhere, different country, state, everything. Knew nothing about her and how bad she was. He got what he gave all along in spades!

My Ex Narc brought his new supply to the Court Hearing where I had filed for an Enforcement of payment of marital assets. He had to hire and appear with an attorney ($$$). During my questioning I had him disclose his income for the previous year ($270K). That nugget was interesting to both the attorney and partner. He should have paid me. 😂

This video was very enlightening. It describes to perfection how a Narcissist operates. These evil entities exist and they are a danger to society. The process of healing is very challenging. I am going through it. They leave you with many cliffhangers and with zero closure. They belong to darkness and the farther away you stay from them the better. Blocked them as much as you are able to. Do not let them know anything about you.
