Over 6 years as a supplemental employee working for Stellantis at half the hourly pay without any profit sharing is ridiculous. 90 days ought to be sufficient to learn whether or not the employee is worth keeping. Eliminating the tiered system ought to be the #1 issue resolved.

All of the UAW workers need a PENSION that they can be proud of. The pay raise is also needed but you can always tighten your belt if the raise is not as much as you would like. A PENSION is what is truly needed.

Do it! A strike is the only thing they will respect. I'm in AFGE union and unions today are coming back. Americans have given up their rights for the past 50 or so years. We have to take our power back, we gave it away

Plant closures, engineers forced to scab, higher vehicle prices, lower build quality, and the big 3 finally pushing to automate line jobs with robots. That is what 46% pay increase and less hours will bring UAW workers. If you wanted more pay...maybe you should pursue higher skill jobs that pay more, instead of making a list of demands of your employer. Just a thought. Anybody that supports this kind of unreasonable position doesn't understand basic economics.

@realtalk1709 I am not going to speak on you because I don't know you. And you don't know me. I said "some" not all. You are very narcissistic if you believe all factory working women are hardworking. Many use their bodies and sex as leverage and sleep to the top. Not all, but the ones who don't ignore the ones who do. And this one size fits all narrative is as real as one that typecast all as negative. Just keep it real and tell the truth. Many factories I have worked in were better managed by women because other women's games fell flat.

I have little affection for domestic automakers, or their dealerships. However. I hope the big three crush the unions. Automakers with merit based systems are more productive and build better quality vehicles.
