I have a lot of fat on my face and I’m so insecure about it. Don’t want buccal fat remover. Is there any other treatment to slim my face down? I also have worked out and diet but my face is naturally fat. And I’m only 140 lbs female I’m also 23 so still a bit young. Any thoughts?

Other than surgery there is no direct way of removing face fat except removing overall body weight so the best thing to do is keeping a healthy deficit and consistent exercise

this happened to me due to anorexia :(( I really want to know if it can it be reversed to a degree with weight gain please?? I do get sculptra but I want to know the answer still. I know buccal fat doesnt come back... but what about some volume in my forehead and temples? Can I regain them? >< I am only in my thirties.

I am already a thin person, I started working out for Bette r body and my body is improving a lot and started to get good tone but my cheeks lost all its far what can I do? I follow protien high diet no sugar no carbs

I’m not sure how old you are and it’s difficult to give advice without seeing you and what your cheeks look like but I do offer virtual consults. Injectables may be able to help. At some point we can all benefit from them, especially if someone is fit and lean.,

This is exactly what I’ve been dealing with, loss of volume to my temple and cheek area, from being too thin. Getting Sculptra treatments right now and increasing good fat and calorie intake. Looking like my normal self again.

They are loosing their youthness by doing this. People don't realize it. For another example, look a triathlete, on their face (specially in their cheeks) they loose all the components). They look old, severe and skinny. It's the same thing with diets. Don't think fillers will replace that substance, no. Oh no...

Good point yes, you can usually tell someone is an athlete who does a lot of cardio. It shows in their face. Fillers cannot replace the face but it can restore the loss volume to their tissue but Scultpra is more of the time a better option for Sinkers.

Sculptra has actually worked very well for me. I didn’t intentionally lose weight, just happened from stress, but I’m starting to look like my old self. I’ve only had one vial so far.

Too much of anything is unhealthy, eating too much, too much smoking, drinking, missing too many meals. Finding the balance is key even though you shouldn’t really smoke or drink but know your limits
