So i naturally have a good pout and good cupids bow- but my sides taper off pretty steep and my mouth doesn’t have good width. i got lip filler 0.25 and it seemed to help a lot so i plan to touch up an additional 0.25. BUT my lips still do curl inwards when i smile if i were to get lip flip, would it also affect my resting face? i think it would be a bit overboard if so with the 0.5 filler

Can you please help me. I received 6 to 8 sessions of sculpture treatments over an 18 month period. Toward the middle and end sessions knew things had already gone wrong. I visited two different offices without revealing what the other said. Both said to stop seeing the doctor doing my sessions of sculpting. But it was too late. I have hard knots under my cheeks and between my eyes. I paid for fillers to mask this over the holidays but they are fading out. And now I look more sunken then when I started. The whole situation was a free program I enrolled for help with hiv patients who are face wasting from treatment regiment. But I also have crohn’s and I don’t really think the provider liked me much.

Please someone answer, I am very anxious. I got 1ml lip filler for the first time 2 weeks ago. I hate the way they look but I am also afraid to dissolve them because of the horror stories I have read about dissolving. I am never going to touch filler again. Will my lips go back to my normal pre-treatment lips?

In today’s world we know what the effects of aging are. If you can do something to restore the lost volume to your lips from aging, why not? Especially since it’s not invasive. The awesome thing is that we have a choice and some people choose not to do anything and some people choose to get filler to restore the volume to their lips.
@Lola-mn9oz7 күн бұрын
I wish I could see your upper tfront teeth more...I am sure they are beautiful and you have plenty enough lip that you certainly do not need a flip! Yout lips are insanely large.and beautiful! I wonder if the flip contributes to your speech impediment? Or did you have it before?

Is Sculptra right for everyone? Would it be right for you if you have big falling cheeks and a somewhat rectangular shape? Can sculptra give you a rounder look? What if want a V shape? What should you do? I had spiculated PDO threads placed 3 months ago, but still feel I need a lift, especially around the mouth which is a bit downturned. I'm 47, by the way. Thanks much!

It depends on how much skin laxity has been lost but I’ve had good results with Sculptra on ppl older than 47. It’s difficult to give advice without seeing your face which is why I offer virtual consults.

I don't agree with this. you look good the first time you inject.. than you add more and more.. and we know now fillers don't fully disolve. you will just look puffy and saggy. and there are plenty of those examples. "the ouffer fish" face is not pretty. just do a facelift for safgy face 😅

I had undereye filler about 10 years ago and last year suddenly developed a lump under my left eye. It doesn't look swollen, it's just.....a lump. My undereye area looks uneven and bumpy now, but also only the one eye. I don't want to have it dissolved as a friend had hers dissolved and ended up with two holes in her face where they injected the hyuloronidase. I've read similar horror stories and although it seems to happen to very few people I just know I'd be one of them, so I'm stuck with the lump I guess.
@NaturalInjector9 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing your story. I think if you dissolved filler, after having it for 10 years, you would have to understand that your skin has aged and will look different if you do dissolve it and that does not mean the filler dissolver was the cause. I don’t think dissolving causes permanent damage to tissue. As we get older the skin to the under eye thins and we develop more topographical irregularities.
@santanacaipirinha95368 күн бұрын
@@NaturalInjector Well, yes and no. It does seem like people who experience the most changes after dissolving are usually people who've had multiple filler treatments over the course of many years. However, there are still a lot of unknowns and several very highly regarded doctors in the injectables field have said dissolving can be very unpredictable. One stated he believed filler could be causing the atrophy of connective tissues that is only "unmasked" when it is dissolved. There has only been one study on the effects as there is no incentive within the industry to fund any studies; it's already being widely used off-label. In any case, my friend only had unedereye filler for a few months when she had it dissolved because it didn't look right. She now has two very big dents, craters almost, in her face where the hyaluronidase was injected. That can't be attributed to natural aging and it was done by one of the country's top injectors. I know most people don't experience any of these issues after dissolving so I'm not trying to fearmonger, I'm just saying it has made me wary of dissolving so far because I've already had some bad results from varying treatments, making me extra cautious. There was a very interesting article done on hyaluronidase in 2022 by Australian Broadcasting Corporation. It's on their website if you're interested.
@NaturalInjector6 күн бұрын
@@santanacaipirinha9536 Thank you for your comment. This is very interesting I had not heard of the hypothesis that filler could cause atrophy of connective tissue. Not in a good or bad way- they just asked ‘did you lose weight?’ Which is crazy because it’s not a large amount of weight. I do want to lose a bit and gain some muscle buuuut I don’t want floppy titties.
