With regard to Tony Chimel, I remember a similar incident happening at a house show I attended back in 2000. The only difference was that The Rock, who was WWF Champion at the time, called him out for saying that a neighboring town was better and more welcoming, which prompted The Great One to tell him off and shoo him to the back. Of course, this was the same house show where Rocky couldn't stop laughing at every instance where pie was mentioned lol.

I remember this one incident at a house show where I live. It was a tag match, The Rockers (Shawn Michaels & Marty Janety) vs. The Brain Busters (Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard). Rockers won the match and after the match Anderson and Blanchard are on the floor getting ready to head back to the locker room. It was then that a fan at ringside spit at Arn Anderson. Arn turned back around and looked like he was ready to take the guys head off. Luckily security stepped in before anything else happened.

I gotta say, as someone from Winnipeg, that house show incident mentioned wasn't the most hostile event I've seen. There are two events that trump that. Feb 2003, before a Kurt Angle vs Chris Jericho match, two fans got into a vicious brawl near ringside and got forcefully evicted from ringside. It was hostile enough to make Angle and Jericho stop the match midway and shout at the fighting fans to get the hell out. October 2003, some fan poured a beer on Eddie Guerrero (recovering alchoholic). The fan gets evicted, but not before Eddie jumped the barricade and beat the ever living crap out of this fan. Oddly enough, Eddie was a double champion at the time and would soon lose both belts and end up getting buried on tv for a couple months. Punishment for Winnipeg perhaps?

I went to a house show in Birmingham, AL. During a match the the COORE vs some thrown together 3 man team. Some dude jumped in the ring and hit I think Justin Gabriel from behind. He was more surprised by the hit than hurt. He Barrett I think slater and the other team proceeded-to beat the shit out of the guy. All while big Zeke was selling in the corner, trying to hide his laughter. Finally security dragged the guy out “accidentally” dropping him 3x on the way out. It was the highlight of the show.

Cue awkward looks and London sneaking back into the ring while ref pretends not to see. 2) Tony Chimel is interviewed by John Cena. Chimel refers to Wales as "part of England" which is met by boos. Top 10 Title changes in house shows

Back on 2002 when WWE was touring Scandinavia and Europe in general they had a house show in Helsinki Finland (24.10.2002 ). On that house show there was a tag team match between Rey Mysterio & Chuck against the team of Eddie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero. I clearly remember Guerreros having a Finnish flag with them inside the ring before the match started. First they were waving it all over the ring and people were cheering. All the sudden they throw the flag into the ground and started to jump all over it. Great way to get little heat before the match for the heels. And yes, abusing the flag is criminal act also here in Finland but I think Guerreros got away with it. Damn, things used to be little different back then.
