You could just say i do not consent to a field sobriety test because of a sprained ankle or whatever. A vague medical reason like that is enough to make the test more worthless than it is.

If you notice, the cop gaslights the driver by claiming he failed to follow instructions that were never given. The cop is delusionally immersed in a parallel reality where the driver is intoxicated, and the disgusting part is that he can leverage his authority to force his psychosis onto innocent people. It would be impossible to prove any of this in a legal setting without a recording, which is the most horrifying part imo.

Everyone should know that is is not a crime to refuse to do a Field Sobriety Test. The only reason that cops demand a FST is performed is to bolster their lies and bullshot, by claiming that the FST was failed and that was why the citizen was arrested. Most sober citizens would fail a FST and if the cop extends the FST or makes it more demanding than normal then that person is going to fail.

Those tests seem so purposefully designed so people can’t succeed. I’d bet 90% of cops themselves couldn’t complete the backwards alphabet, following the flashlight, walking in a straight invisible line, or holding one leg up for 45 seconds. The breathalyzer should tell them all they need to know. If somebody refuses, or “beats it” but is still possibly heavily intoxicated, the blood test will tell them all they need to know. The physical / mind games seem like torture.

They eventually dropped the charges as they had no evidence but for three years they treated me as if I was guilty AND they raided the house of a kind person that wondered why I didn't show up for work and visited my house to see if I was alive. Off the bat I saw officers lying about evidence to their supervisor. Luckily I am clairvoyant as I could feel the energy that my Lawyer was conspiring with the prosecution and so I got my own third party report instead of the lawyer prepared report. Because my report was the newest, the magistrate used mine and my report kept me from the prison system. My lawyers claimed that I was brilliant in getting that report however from my perspective, I felt like they were sometimes no different to the cops and if it wasn't for my belief in being able to the energy of other people - then even my lawyers would have been incompetent if not corrupt. I once had a lawyer tell me to admit guilt to a crime I never committed, so as to make the process smoother LOL.

I'm a grown man over 60 and NEVER had issues with the Police or Cops as I've always obeyed the law and never got into ANY trouble whatsoever. NOT EVEN a DUI...!! It wasn't until I dealt with a wanna-be-Cop, Corrupt lady 'Traffic Enforcement' Officer who lied because she felt threatened by me because I wasn't 'subservient' to her rude and disrespectful ATTITUDE. As God is my witness, I NEVER never used profanity or said anything disrespectful to upset or trigger her as that is not in my character. I lost MUCH RESPECT for Police in general after that incident when I had two Cops knock on my door only to surprisingly tell me , 'She said you put your hands on her'..!! I was floored, blown away, shocked for lack of a better adjective..!!!!!!!! If only I had a 'Video Camera' in front of my house, I would have sued the City. The ONLY good thing that transpired was she was required to wear a 'Body Camera' after that incident. And like the Cops in this video, this is why MANY Citizens do NOT like or TRUST Cops.!!! The cops understand the law perfectly fine. They just choose not to obey it. Or to enforce it unilaterally. Because they are so used to citizens not knowing their rights, and unquestioningly yielding to their authority and their unconstitutional demands. They take everything personally. It’s all just a job, or a game, or a d*ck measuring contest to them. They either forget (or choose to not care) that our lives and freedoms are at stake in every single police interaction we have. We’re just supposed to not protect ourselves and trust that they are “one of the good ones” that won’t abuse their authority and infringe on our constitutional rights. Right. Still waiting to meet one of these “good ones” I hear so much about. I’m sure there are a few out there, but I know it’s far less than they’d like us to believe. I guess all that money we pay them makes a real good pillow, otherwise I don’t know how the hell they sleep at night.

I've had cops sexually hit on me (rub my neck while I'm in his car and start talking about extremely inappropriate stuff), screaming an inch from my face, pulling a gun on me when i went for my id, pulling me over for no reason after seeing me and refusing to answer why they did so (presumably they made some decision based on my being young), slamming me on the hood of my own car, laying me stomach-down cuffed on the ground, they've STOLEN from me, straight-refused to give me a complaint form... Top of my head, those are all the distinct, specific things I can recall atm. All 100% true and most of the time with witnesses. It's something I usually don't go around saying because, to me, it has always been the way that cops are simply known to be corrupt douche bags ~90% of the time. To the point where cops are legally always fearing for their safety, and whenever that is happening the cop can use whatever force is necessary to keep themselves safe. Or in this case not saving someone from being stabbed to death by a maniac. Honestly it would be brave to stop the maniac, but the supreme court ruling basically just makes it so cops legally don't need to help people. So cops just stop people from breaking the law, by writing tickets and arresting people to fill the prisons so they can make money off the prison system. And the courts just make more laws for people to break. Who isn't a criminal at this point....

They were all horrible but the Galanakis case made my blood boil- that disgusting excuse for a cop was a whole new level of evil and toxic ego! Even worse to hear that he’ll basically get away it it! Gosh, it made me so angry! If that would have been my son, Lord have mercy…🤬 Speaking of which, I have so much respect for him and also the parents that raised him so well, what a wonderful young man! All of them, impeccable conduct in front of such blatant abuse and harassment! 👏🏻

maybe he DIDN'T GET AWAY WITH IT!!! the kid was so cool and calm it makes me think he is a TRUE PSYCHOPATH! a true psychopath would let the officer THINK he has gotten away with it, until he formulates a plan on just what he is going to do to him for arresting him. then he will gather enough information on his target, and gather the tools that are impossible to trace to him, and find the PERFECT opportunity, then its lights out for anyone that he thinks has done him wrong! i was diagnosed as a PSYCHOPATH back in the early 1970's and even spent 10 years of my life in prison . i know what my reaction would be and i can tell you, that cop would be featured in a dark web torture, snuff and liquid cremation series of videos!!

So if you lived in the same town as that asshole. He is grifting the police through provocation, and then vicariously claiming the local taxes that you paid (if you were a working adult) to fund the police. So he'd be taking your money! Not so good when the town then cannot afford to fund the police because of the assholes lawsuits. You obviously haven't left home yet.

"The first amendment is for your freedom of speech. What does that have to do with...with...using gestures." This level of mental gymnastics is an implicit admission of guilt tbh. Also I love how every single time this happens, where a second cop gets involved, it seems their instinct is pretty much always to just defend the first cop. No matter what. Police officers being more loyal to each other than the people they're supposed to be protecting and serving really sort of pulls the rug out from under the whole good-cop/bad-cop distinction.

How is that embarrassing? There isn't a single cop in all of America that knows all 27 amendments. You'd be EXtremely lucky if the one you're interacting with knows the 1st, 2nd, and / or the 5th amendment it's actually depressing... it's only 6 months of high school level training that isn't taken seriously, with elementary school PE mixed in It's not really a surprise it's not to hard to figure out how pathetic it is the problem is that not enough people care except for the people that scream Defund the police like that's not gonna exacerbate the current situation.

That is embarrassing and deplorable. It is unacceptable that the people who enforce the laws in this country don’t know the rights of the people. To say it’s not embarrassing because other people don’t know the rights of the people is an asinine argument. Everyone who enforces laws should be held to such a standard. If you don’t know the rights of the people you serve than you don’t deserve to serve them.
