Chappelle has won. As far as the others. We don't know the back story. Certain comedians have personal views about not only who wins, but also who they feel should be considered. There's a reason Mel Brooks, Robin Williams have both been on record for refusal. Who knows who has done so quietly off the record. Chris and Jerry have always seemed to share similar comedic values. And Burr... he can get very interesting when you get him to be serious.

Kevin hart had 1 decent special, ever since it's been nothing but bad movies and cash-grab moves. What really annoys me is how he laughs at his own jokes to try to get the audience to laugh. We can tell a genuine laugh apart from a nervous laugh, he's always drinking too trying to be the center of attention and it's obvious.
