Insecure men CANNOT be with women who know there self worth and strives for excellence in all areas of their life. They will try to bring you down in every way possible in order for them to have some type of control and also to make you feel how they feel. Misery loves company. Ladies focus on you and love yourself, let God lead your relationships to find true happiness ❤️✨

It’s true that’s what I started doing :D I prayed to God today He made me realise I only wanted to be LOVED by someone ! My african household, I am the ONLY girl child, so it’s safe to say they didn’t really know how to treat, cater for a woman’s needs, development, and I experienced mummy /daddy issues! But God has show. Me I no longer need to run for a boyfriend and be tested bad by those UZELESS boys that I entertained! We good now! I AM LOVED! And don’t need a boyfriend right now! Forgive my rant but I was set FREE today LOOOOOL this is a BIG character development for me!!!

Yep. My husband of 10 years forcefully kicked me and my daughter out of the house even though he knew that we had nowhere to go and my daughter ended up having to go live with her dad while I ended up having to live in my car. He made me homeless did not give a fuck about me, didn't check on me once to see how I'm doing or if I'm alive while living in my car in the middle of Texas summer. And he also didn't let me spend not one night out of the heat in the house that we still own together, he's threatened to call the police if I show up at my own house trying to stay there 🤬

In fact I would have been the one calling the police to begin with and I would have reported him for domestic violence if he tried to physically remove me from my home. Legally you are allowed to get a locksmith to enter the home. If he gets irate call the cops and report him for domestic violence.

When I was dating my now husband, his mother said something disrespectful about me behind my back. My husband got word of what she said and pulled his mother up about it. He scolded her and told her his mind. He told her that she will NOT disrespect me! He told me that NO ONE (not even his own mother) disrespects me. And at that point, I knew he loved me endlessly. Breeny, God has someone for you who will defend you, provide for you and worship the dirt you walk on! I went thru so much crap with men before I met my husband. One EX who I was pregnant for with twin boys( my first and only pregnancy in life), broke up with me on the phone, a few days AFTER I lost our twin boys in child birth. His excuse was, oh, it’s not you, (you are a perfect Girl Friend), it’s me. Later found out he had another girl pregnant at the time of my miscarriage with our twin boys. I have so many stories but God is good. He sent me a husband who truly loves me. I couldn’t ask for a better husband . So hold on Breeny, you will get the love you so deserve ❤️

I’m the fool that pursued things even post breakup. He would and still does insist he is still in love and misses me and that wanting to be with me was never the issue, he says it’ll never work cause of the constant arguing. The truth is, he has issues that he was unwilling to get help with. I offered therapy several times and he declined. He would rather breakup than try and make things work for once. I believe he held all the issues on me and there was nothing I could do because he was still the same. But he doesn’t think he’s wrong or has done anything. How do you believe a person who tells you everyday they still love you, and he still shows affection and buys me gifts randomly (I’m still moving out, which has been very hard cause I’m states away from where I need to be and have 3 pets) but they refused to make the relationship work…

@V A You're absolutely right. He has a lot of childhood trauma that he hasn't dealt with. He talked about it whenever he would drink too much, so I knew deep down he was really hurting. I recognized his pain, and tried to take on a job that was fit only for God. I tried loving him through it. I tried talking him into seeking counseling, but in the process I sacrificed myself. Sometimes the best thing to do is to let go and let God. I honestly believe I was getting in God's way by trying to be his "savior." There was absolutely nothing I could do with his level of trauma except get myself hurt, and that's exactly what happened.

The signs are always there, but most women ignore them because they are lonely and secretly think they can change a man. Top tips: 1. Never date a man when you're desperate. 2. Do not get into a serious relationship if you have not had counselling or therapy. 3. Do not get into a serious relationship if HE has not had counselling or therapy. Most will ignore that advice because it seems too long. After all, desperation and loneliness are the red flags within women that ALLOW toxic men to target YOU. So many women want marriage and babies so badly that they ignore those facts. The man doesn't hate you; he is just attracted to your incompleteness and insecurity (even if it looks like confidence on the surface).

Truth. My husband of 23 years hated me because I was more successful than he was. But he didn’t want to leave because it was not financially beneficial for him to leave. I had to file for divorce. Then 1 month after the divorce he got engaged to a light skinned Spanish young girl. That engagement did not even last 2 months. Congratulations to her . She dodged a bullet.

I once heard my mom ask my dad why he hated her so much. My father emotionally abuses my mom. I've known this since I was very young, and always felt the need the need to protect her. But I was always made to feel like I was doing something because I was taught to honor both of them. But how do you honor a parent after you've witnessed them commit so many dishonorable acts? My older brother, who my dad favors, can't see how much my dad bullies my mom. If I'm honest, the way he has treated my mom has made it hard for me to love him, and I have also felt resentful towards her. I don't understand why God has allowed me to be so observant of something that brings me so much pain and that I cannot control. One thing I can say is that as feminine women, we have to be careful with the kind of masculinity we choose to associate with. Weak men will pray on feminine women because they have to find ways to ascert their dominance (insecurities) over you.

@missminti
@missminti 2 жыл бұрын
@@ladyb3796 Getting to know him means observing his patterns over an entire year. Patterns never lie. Keep him as a friend - no sleeping together or dating. Literally get to know his friends and his lifestyle. If he can handle this for a year without abandoning the friendship, than he could be worth it long term. In this time you will likely see him interact with other women, this is to your advantage even if you feel jealousy. You have to vet men because they are conditioned to lie to women to get what they want. Even their own mothers teach them to be superficially charming and kind. It’s up to us to give them less chances and observe more than interact.

Guess what, I manifested that very man unto my life and I can tell you he wouldn’t even let me lift a finger if he had it his way. He’ll take all the grocery bags from me so I’m not strained, he tells me I’m beautiful every damn day even when I look my worst he makes sure I know I’m beautiful. I don’t think abusers stay cause they have no guts to leave a woman when they stop caring about her. I think it’s cause they still very much care about what your givin them - a living punching bag to release their low self esteem, anger and frustration at. They then feel better about themselves. Disgusting still. Glad you made this important video and as you know very well - you are very much worthy of everything you asked this trash for!

Breeny, your ex is giving me strong narcissist vibes. Sounds like he was in the 'devaluation stage', which comes after the 'idealisation stage' (treats you like a Queen/Soul mate) and is just before the 'final discard stage'. That relationship sounded torturous and obviously painful, as relationships with narcissists often are. Emotional rollercoaster. Narcissists are huge game players and often very sadistic. They get off on inducing and seeing someone in pain, because of them. Making the person feel less than so that they can feel superior (more so if they feel threatened by your success - they will be in competition with you!). It's a narcissistic ego stroke when you feel wretched because of them (supply). It's all about power, control and egotistical validation for them. They are the personification of the word, 'toxic'. He did you a favour ending it (even though he only did it because he knew you were close to doing it and had to get in there first!). He was projecting when he said you weren't worthy. He knew, HE wasn't worthy of you! Love, pamper and heal yourself. 🙏🏿❤💋 X

Going through the same thing. It’s been 3 weeks since we broke up and just like you I’m feeling so stupid for tolerating so much sh*t and ignoring all the red flags. I think the biggest flaw we have as loving and kind people is that we always want to see the best in people so we cover the bad with the good they do. I often reduced my own feelings in order for him to be happy. I prioritized his needs before my own. I was so busy constantly trying to prove myself worthy of his love that I forgot to love myself. I now have learned that we need to be kind and love ourselves enough to say no. And we don’t need to prove ourselves to anyone. We need to set boundaries and understand that we are not in charge of how other people respond to those boundaries, and we should never compromise the things that are important to us. We need to guard our hearts enough to respect ourselves and give ourselves the same kind of love and kindness that we so freely give to others♥️ I am slowly learning to not be a people pleaser. I will never again lose myself in another human being because I now know that people will always end up disappointing and hurting me in one or another way, it’s a part of human nature. With that said, I know how you feel and what you’re going through, trust me. It’s been 3 weeks for me and I still cry everyday, having trouble sleeping, eating and manage work but I keep reminding myself that he did not deserve my love and that God saved me from this man. After the breakup all my friends and family told me that they never liked him anyway and that they were afraid to tell me because I was so blindly in love with him. Just try to be kind to yourself and trust the timing of your life🙏🏽♥️

When I used to share about my family problems and emotional issues with my ex, he was so cold and said that it is your problem, you deal with it. The lack of emotional support scarred me and made me feel that I should never burden my partner emotionally. But then when I got into a relationship with my current partner and started sharing my problems with him, he listened and provided me emotional support. But then due to my past experiences, I told him I am sorry if I am burdening him emotionally. And he was like NO, your problems are our problems and as a team, we will resolve them together. He also said that why would you burden me...the point of being in a relationship is to be there for one another always and share problems...you should never feel alone in a relationship. His words truly touched my heart and healed me from my past abuse. I was like wow this is what a healthy relationship should be like. I am so blessed and thankful. 😀

I’m actually grateful for the experience I had because it humbled me. I stopped having sex almost 7 years ago (waiting until marriage) and I hadn’t dated for years and I would hear stories like some that you mentioned in this video and wonder how in the world are these women sticking around for this?? It wasn’t until I got emotionally involved with a man and began accepting things I said I never would again. You are right. It’s so much easier to say what you would and would not do when we’re on the outside looking in. But when you’re the one in it and your emotions are involved, it’s a completely different story. You find yourself holding onto what “could be and what used to be”. And any little glimmer of hope you see in him changing sets you back.
