Came looking for this comment. I was so annoyed with her. She kept asking "what would you do if it was your kid" And all I could think was I would have gone to the hospital with him, I wouldn't have argued with the officers for no reason, if they wanted to see the room I would let them see the room, anything I needed to do to get my child medical attention and be able to be there when they got it I would have done. I hateeee her, I've seen that video before and every single time my blood just boils the whole time and I roll my eyes so many times.

He's fine!!" & Something abt it being BS & making her angry & how would she feel if that was HER kid bc he wasn't fine blah blah! & I think others missed it too judging by some comments. But when she was saying that he was fine, I think she was talking to the little boy himself as well as maybe the Mom but was telling him that "it's okay. You're fine. You're fine" was the attempt to calm him down & keep him calm, as well as get Mom to chill out too. But I don't think she was meaning it as a medical diagnosis or meaning that he's actually fine & doesn't need medical care. It's just something I've seen ALL officers pretty much do when they come onto a very emotional & intense scene. They are trying to reassure the injured party to keep them talking & engaged, so they don't freak out & become hysterical making it tons harder to treat them. At least that was my take.

I've dealt with a girl very similar to this. She was crazy about wanting me to get her pregnant even though she was loaded on drugs all the time.

I’m not defending her but she doesn’t seem that drunk. The thing is she the cops where trying to get her away form the door to search. I am from Wisconsin and we have a disturbingly huge drinking culture. In my neighborhood growing up the parents (including mine) used to get together and get very drunk on someone's porch . All of us kids were pretty much on our own. It was only when I became an adult that I realized how fucked up that behavior is and that it is not normal.

We moved so much and I missed so much school because she wasn't there to take me or she just didn't want to. She would leave me alone for days at a time in a house with no food or electricity. I was a latchkey kid back in the late fifties and sixties. My parents worked and I would be home for about a hour before came home. Believe me I didn’t touch anything or turn on the TV. In fact the TV never was turned on until 6 at night.

I doubt her daughter was upset by being left alone. She may have been the first few times it happened but she seemed very used to it. She clearly stated multiple times that she just didn't want her mom to go to jail. Kids in those situations can become conditioned to think it's normal and probably thought many young kids stay home feeding and changing their siblings while their mom works. (I recall she said she had been at work in the full bodycam video) It's a sad situation but I don't feel her daughter understood why at all.

lol I can barley handle my 2 year old child! I couldn’t imagine leaving him with my 5 year old or even when he is 4 and my 5 year old is 7….crazy.

I mean if she's at work as a single mom seems like being put between a rock and a hard place. 7 is way too young but it might not be unfamiliar to Mom, unfortunately there are babies all over the united states raising babies because it's that or homelessness. That's what keeps cycles going, we want them to get out of poverty but we also don't provide any resources to do that. If she decides to go full welfare queen then she's suddenly a burden and it's still an abysmal quality of life, with very little chance of improving due to not working.

uh- this EXACT thing happened to me and my sibling cant tell who his mom is cuz i took care of him when i was 7. IM 13 NOW.

I saw the clip in another video and the narration (apparently mistakenly) said the younger child was 9 weeks old. Insane either way, but I guess I'm glad it wasn't actually worse? Poor kids, hopefully they have someone in their corner.

People are REMARKABLY stupid in this day and age.

My mom dropped my sister when she was a baby and gave her a bloody nose (no lasting damage). I was 3 and it’s one of the few things I remember from that age. My mom was *HYSTERICAL* A neighbor had to drive my parents to the hospital because dad had to hold the baby, mom was so upset she couldn’t even be trusted to do that much.

As soon as you make the decision to have a child you need to understand that the child's wellbeing comes before anything else in your life. If you can't figure that out, you shouldn't have children. That being said, accidents happen, and kids get hurt. It's how you care for them afterwards that counts. You drove your son to the hospital and got him the medical attention he needed, even though you were very upset. Chiara was more concerned about the LEOs finding her stash of booze than she was about getting her son to a doctor. Only one of you is a good mother.

Her ex is a transit cop. And she was right. One baby had to be taken to the hospital for ingesting meth. The toddler had his foot shot off and if they didn't give her a plea deal she would have gotten 9 years. Instead she got 1

I also think she’s a snitch. Which can definitely help cops work with you. She mentioned how she doesn’t know why they’re targeting her when “this whole place is infested with drugs”. Almost like she was baiting for them to ask for info.

One thing drug dealers hate is people shouting outside their homes ABOUT how many drug dealers there are, and drug dealers rarely have a problem letting people who do the shouting justhow unhappy they are about it.
