Anne and Oisín are my mom's favorite characters. Everytime I show these sketches, my mom laughs hard, so I'm always like "What are you laughing about? You're HER! lol" and she goes, "Well, Oisín is such a nice boy. He does what his mother asks him to do after all😒" and she turns it into a life lesson about my attitude problem😂😂😂 But I'd like to thank you guys for giving us a precious family time of FAH marathon even though it ends up like that😉😂😊❤️✨💖🌟

Hog's dedication to this character is admirable. The way he keeps on going during the outros as well gives me life! I really hope he enjoys being Anne as much as I do.

The Oisín Anne and Barry sketches are my favourite, and this just might be my most favourite of them so far! Absolutely jam-packed with giggles - great lines and reactions! Oisín coming upon Barry and his mum dancing at the end just killed me 😂🤣

I don't know how much of Foil's reactions are improvised, but he had so many lines that were just absolute GOLD! I get what Arms meant when he said Foil was a reactive actor. Superb! 👏🏼

Barrys expressions in the Oisín & mum sketches are heavily undervalued I feel. Watching Arms on the breaking point between laughing and holding up Barrys character is just great.

Hog is so good in these that I regularly forget it's him and not an actual middle-aged Irish mother 😂 And Foil's teenager is also just perfect, they are absolutely believable as mother and son :D And Barry is great too of course, really good addition to the sketches

You might recall Bríde: a beautiful, beautiful girl who had her pick of the boys, but who is now twice-divorced with a son that won't talk to her, and to top it off, she looks dreadful! And what does Anne have against her? After all these years, why is their "friendship" so fraught? Here's the story. Well, you may recall that Anne was also a bit of a looker once. Oh yes, she had her 'rogha na mbuachaillí' (pick of the boys) at the Gaeltacht. They're the spitting image of one another. Her ex-husband, Barry's dad, hasn't changed a bit of course. That's why Barry's dad is always off to Portugal... (Don't repeat that!)
