And today I've got Hanwoo beef on my mind.
저는 한우와 관련된 장소를 소개할까 합니다
In this video, we highlight a few special places

that have been dedicated as Seoul Future Heritage sites
서울미래유산으로 지정된 역사적으로 중요한 장소
with modern historical importance.
몇 군데를 보여 드릴게요.
We start by exploring the legendary Majangdong Juksanmul Sijang (Majang Meat Market)
우선 전설적인 마장동 축산물 시장을 둘러본 다음,
Then head to one of Seoul's most important historical cafes
서울에서 역사적으로 매우 중요한 카페 중 하나에 갔다가
And we finish the day with dinner
한국에서 가장 의미 있고 맛있는
at one of the most significant and delicious Hanwoo beef steakhouses in Korea.
한우구이 식당에서 저녁을 먹으며 하루를 마무리하려고 해요.

Daedo Restaurant is a legend. The quality of the meat is the best and the taste of grilling in that thick pan is the best. The shaved kimchi fried rice at the end is also really good. This is also attractive, not the direct fire method. Thank you for coming.

오스틴교수님 영상중에 한우 처음드셧을때 너무 맛있게 드시고 털털하신 성격이 마음에 들어서 구독 눌렀는데 한우를 또 이렇게나 맛있게 드시니까 같이 먹고싶을 정도로 좋아 보이네요 ^^

Wow, it looks good. I'm eating Australian bulgokgi that I bought at Costco, and Majang-dong beef looks much better I envy you. Eat a lot of delicious things in Seoul. Especially, try cow tail soup at Jinju restaurant in Namdaemun Market I'm shocked

오늘 주말이라 늦게 일어나서 컴터 켜고 첫 영상이 오스틴님 쇠고기 먹방 !!! 와~ 돌겠다, 오스틴님 나빠요 !!!!! 63년 3월생이라 웬만한 것은 참을 수 있다고 생각했는데 입에 침이 고여도 너무 많이 고여서 지금 바로 옷입고 나갈 준비 시작 ! 구독 안누를꼬야 !!! 맛보고 나면? 누르겠죠 ? 아..그럼 매달 월급의 반을 날릴 듯. ㅠㅠ 유명 셰프님들 다 나빠요~!!!

이 채널은 영상 노출 컨셉 자체를 한국보다 영어권 국가로 변경해줬으면 좋겠다... 나름대로 궁리만 하면 구독자 몇 십 배로 늘어날 것 같은데...... 괜히 아깝다.

Thank you for the suggestion. Can I ask how I could focus on English speaking countries? It is actually an issue that I want to solve, and I hope to reach a much wider audience. However, almost all my viewers live in Korea (which is expected, as I live here). However, I would love to share this information globally. This video, particularly, I was hoping could be used for travelers in Seoul. I think most Korean people know about this market and how to use it. But I dedicate much of the video to explaining how to use the market. If you change your KZfaq language in the settings to "English," you will see my Egnlish titles for every video I publish. I have English subtitles and include English tags such as "Korean travel" and "Kfood" and "Korean food blog" etc. I really would love to share this with as many people as possible. However, I am greatful that I have a good audience in Korea, and I love my viewers. But I would also like to know how to focus on a more global audience. Maybe the KZfaq algorithm has set me to a certain audience because I was on Korean TV shows, so now the AI system thinks my content is only made for Korean people? I have no clue, actually. You are awesome, and thank you for subscribing! Please know, I am just doing what I love, traveling, eating, and I want to make content for everyone. My next strategy will be to try collaborating with global KZfaqrs. Maybe that can expand my audience? Anyway, it's a fun game to figure out. Cheers!
