Thank you so much! I know this isn't the type of content people are used to on this channel, but I wanted to promote our trailer on all platforms. This has been a major passion project of mine for a long time ever since getting diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 34 and it's been a painful yet beautiful journey. And I hope to help others through this story as well.

@@JennyLorenzoI was just diagnosed last year at 35!! inattentive ADHD + major depressive disorder (the latter clearly connected to the former diagnosis). The years of self-flagellation and self-criticism and sadness for not fitting the mold (one i didn’t even know if I wanted, just felt I needed to fit to survive, still finding my way out)…not being “enough” while also somehow being WAY too much. I felt that in this. Many others will, too. ❤️‍🩹 I had no idea that was your journey but your level of creativity aligns with neurodivergence! I heard someone call it NeuroSpicy and I LOVE that. Still finding my way towards authentically expressing my own gifts in my work, but this gives me hope. Nothing matters more than living with integrity - thoughts, feelings and actions in alignment with our spirit. You do that in your work, which is why it will resonate. I’ve loved your comedy, and I’m so excited for your dramatic work. You contain multitudes and we’re so lucky to experience your essence! 💗

Yes! And there's still so much to uncover. I have a lot of autistic traits as well. There's so much cross-over. I hope many people feel represented with this short.

They've already said they are definitely entering the short film in a number of film festivals, with the hope to turn it into a series or feature.

Finally saw it last night, and it was even better than I hoped.

Oh, THEY DID! The short film is already done. This is a trailer for it before it premieres, and then they are submitting it to film festivals in hopes that they will get the chance to make it either into a feature or a series.

There will be a premiere in Los Angeles and then it will hopefully play in various cities depending on the film festivals that accept it.

@@JennyLorenzo I love near Birmingham, AL. I know we have a film festival sometime during the year. B'ham may not be the optimal place for getting your film seen by the big leagues, but I hope it comes here so I can see it! Good luck with everything!!

We shall see where all it will be able to be seen. The debut took place last night at LALIFF, the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival. They have entered the film in other festivals as well, and it merely remains to be seen which additional ones will choose it. 🤞🏼
