Leadership have been perverted by organizations, in pursuit of profit or power. That is not how leadership evolved as a role. Naturally, leader and follower is in the same boat. The relationship is voluntary. Success and failure impacts both equally. Modern leadership is nothing like that, and hence need mental "tools" to function.

Leadership can be explained and summarized in millions of words. I believe the adherence with the will of Father (God's Word) and Lord Jesus Christ's teachings is important. *Romans 3:4*

man... you are right, but there are also good and bad behaviors, i mean i am not if sure some behaviors are entirely bad or entirely good. Damn, this runs so deep. Maybe i cant be a leader, i mean i dont think criticizing anyone is a good behaviors, but i do think criticizing myself is good. The person created the situation, that lead to them being in the Current situation, therefore they put themselves in the situation, so you need to criticize them as a person... My brother-in-law is a case study, in and out of jail, but I am told it is never his fault, except it always actually is his fault, but the next one isn't... ad infinitum...
