@@NickaLah You're correct about being between generations, but I'm between Z and Millenial so I kind of just retrofitted the Zennial term that my Mom used to describe herself 😅 sorry if it is confusing, I can change it to make more sense if need be. But I was born in a really awkward shift between Z and Millenials, and although most would consider me a Millenial I also had a lot of similarities to Z in my childhood because it all overlapped so closely, and which gen I fall into is left pretty widely open to interpretation. So I'm happy to be insulted, and equally happy to laugh about it.

Maybe that idea is not the most humanistic kind. I mean, a minute later she says that prisoners got therapy and probably have some of their stuff together - which is also not something you should 100% naively rely on, but... I still know a lot of folks from back in school and people can indeed change. Don't you americans like this business mindset of try anything and fail often, so eventually you succeed? Then you should not consolidate some status quo but give people some second chances!

As an autistic person, my love language is words of affirmation because I appreciate understanding your thoughts and feelings in your own words, as well as the meaning behind your actions. Interpreting your actions on my own and accurately perceiving that you like me based off of them is difficult unless you explicitly say so. Words of affirmation is my love language because good communication and being on the same page is my love language. That said, this was a bomb performance 😂

Uhh, so much same. But also - some normal people stuff is Really Hard for me and my actual efforts can only be appreciated by someone close enough - they're the only ones that know which words matter. Also: if you come to visit and do the things for me that I have mentioned are difficult... I have no other option to conclude in my brain that I must matter - and I'll not _feel_ it. (I still managed to get it wrong. These things were easy for them to do and seeing them not done was actively irritating.) But as a previous commenter said, words by themselves matter little if they're unsupported by actions.

@AmirGTR

@@TheBrandiElizabeth That is because the *chances of finding a partner* is clearly directly correlated to being fit. In other words, to attract a partner, people get fit. Those who assume they don't need to do that, get fat. It's the height of entitlement and narcissism, to assume people have to find one attractive despite their lack of effort to be attractive. All attractive attributes can be helped by physical fitness. - It has been scientifically proven to directly correlate with improved symptoms of ADHD, depression and anxiety. -Exercising together has shown direct correlation to closeness and prolonged attraction and highly recommended by majority of marriage experts. -Sex itself is a physical and mental activity afterall, and the better the mind-muscle connection and cardio is, the better it can be performed. -Almost every animal finds physical fitness attractive. I think I've made my point.

Hi. "Geriatric" millennial here (apparently that's the term for it). I grew up enamored with Gen Xers. I felt like they understood my angsty, jaded soul...but now I feel like it's more that they're allergic to joy? And yeesh, so maladaptive! Thank goodness for Gen Z. I love y'all.

Lmao. no one is forcing anyone to settle. There are plenty of foreign women for US guys. My wife is foreign, brought her back with me, she is beautiful, and brilliant. Now she works in DC. Best choice I ever made. I fully agree with you. American women have declared their independence, congratulations we are proud of you girs! It looks like don't need our assistance. So now that the domestic female population is no longer a concern, American men should be traveling to other countries to find a wife and contribute to their communities. Lend a hand. Improve things. Fund projects that help. Even if it is small it makes a difference. They just need to be respectful as they are representing the US wherever they go. On top of that it is great for the US population's gene pool if they bring them back and have children. It Improves the collective genetics of the country for future generations as we are getting kind of unhealthy as a whole. It's so nice to hear that American women are happy with their independence, we were kinda worried. I hope your businesses or whatever you are devoting all your free time to flourishs! We could use some women's leadership to help balance things. And now that American women have learned our old jobs it really frees up the men to go help other parts of the world, spread our values, and combat China who is moving into these same locations. Thanks for stepping up to the plate American women!.

I get what you mean by ethically but for me friendship is actually really important, connecting with other people is a need we all have. I think dating is a by chance thing that if you feel a certain way about someone, talk to them about, see if it works out. If you already know how to maintain a healthy friendship then dating is just that but with a label/commitment. But nothing wrong with not dating. Just don't stonewall yourself from people that would spark joy into your life or people who would feel kinship with you.

Millinisls used to be cute, somewhere in the early 90s. It's hard to hate a toddler. In the 90s I was in the Navy stationed half way around the world. Gen X are the most sufficient group. We started taking care of ourselves at a young age. I remember when 11 people applied for the same 2 job openings at McDonald's and they only hired 1, so they could "Do more with less." I'm 54 and still single. I'm OK because I like my own company. I'm not against relationships, I'm jut not actively looking. It's funny how she is complaining that Gen Z took over....some of GenX was forgotten 2 decades ago. I'm old enough to have kids that's 35...she's still as nieve as she ever was. I don't really think I'm all that old yet. You're not considered a senior until you're 65.
