Be mindful when doing vlog style videos while driving. You wouldn't want to lose your licence over it. Otherwise, loving the videos.

I had a similar incident with the Melb City Council/Vicroads and they just denied liability. Hopefully you have a better outcome with your case!

Sorry this happen to you brother but be more vigilant of your surroundings. I currently have a boosted k20 eg and it’s conservative slammed but even then I hit stuff. Good luck on getting funds for the damage

Councils generally across Straya don't accept liability for a damn thing. It's driver beware. The roads I travel to work on are a poorer standard than some unsealed dirt roads I've driven on. To a person following me it would appear that I'm drunk because I'm swerving all over the road to avoid all of the potholes etc that the council cannot be bothered fixing. But as long as they get their nice fat salaries it's ok right?

Why would you chase them for the liability? Its your fault not theirs. You could just stopped and assessed the height of the hump and made a u turn if you felt it was too high and find another route. Bad headlights are on you. You blame yourself not them. Cause your car is lowered than standard. So don’t complain if you get into situations like this.
