Happy that you are getting and doing better with your health. We all know you can’t take care of others without caring of yourself first. So continued health and good luck on this next journey in life. I’m at one of Chamberlain’s new campuses in New Orleans and I’m finishing up Health assessment 1 and patho now. 🙏🏾💜🙏🏾💜

@MelisaMarie2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching. 😚💙 yes! It’s definitely a goal of mine to travel nurse. I would love to nurse in Florida but not with those ghetto Florida staff nurse wages lol. And Cali of course.

Omg girl take care of your health. Prayers so your health improves. Yes girl, please do a video on the different wages and also how you got into nicu. I also want to do nicu. I worked at Lucille Packard Stanford Children's Health in California before nursing school and as a Medical assistant I was making $30 an hr Imagine as a nurse. Can't wait to see you graduate. Currently about to finish Adult Health 2.

Thank you so much boo. 💙💙 Cali is a dream for nurses, wow. Would you believe one of these big headed hospitals offered me 29/hr to start upon graduation? LOL.
@aurias652 жыл бұрын
@@MelisaMarie of course🙏 ❤️ Yes girl Cali be paying good wages but the cost of living is insane the apartment I was renting for a one bedroom was $2600 no utilities or anything included. I moved to Las Vegas to attend the Chamberlain campus here rent is much better here $1500 for a one bedroom. But even though California's cost of living so expensive I'm going back after graduation. I miss the bay!

@MelisaMarie2 жыл бұрын
I did not have any hard copy books. I used ebooks. You can definitely use your financial aid for any school expenses, though (including books!).

@@MelisaMarie seriously tho 😫😩 in Jamaica we would say sophisticated ghetto!!!! The place is literally a ghetto in disguise as “black excellence” and that means “black Americans” excellence not no other black ppl just black American excellence bc other blacks don’t matter!!! They marketing real good, bc the place literally has nothing to offer but strip clubs, hookah bars, and dance clubs there is literally nothing else… oh yeah and a lot of black on black discrimination!!! 🙈 I’m counting down literally!!!

You didn’t connect with the Caribbean population there? Yeahhh. There’s definitely a ton of classism for sure. Status is made to be important.

@@MelisaMarie not a lot of Caribbean ppl here n I’m not a club person so I wouldn’t meet anyone
