I'm 32. I go to gym, I sing, I play, I stay at home, I do whatever I want majorly at the comfort of my home. I earn from my home, I purchase whatever I want, I sleep and wake up whenever I want, I eat whatever I want and if I get married tomorrow, I will lose all these privileges. Marriage is definitely a LOAD in so many cases. NOTE - kuch fuddu kehte hain, Wow itne saare likes, mummy mai famous hogya. I'm not one of them bcz I know ki comments pe 2-3k toh kya 2-3 crores likes bhi ajayein toh bhi banda famous nhi hona. Haan shahad uska woh comment thoda sa popular hojaye. Fuddu hain woh. I repeat "FUDDU hain woh". 😁

@@eveningafterrain first of all you cannot be sure about them, just one bad day with carelessness and you may end up with a disease for the rest of your life. Secondly getting intimate with prostitutes won't solve loneliness, it will worsen it as you will end up wanting more and more, which could ruin any possibility of a good relationship in the future as you will only see women only as a means to achieve pleasure and nothing else. It will ruin you internally.

The fear and trauma is mutual, bro. Better to stay single until past trauma is healed, because that will get projected to future spouse and ruin that marriage also. Not trying to scare. But yeah, better to stay single or if you have to marry then first fully heal and take care of your biases.

@@goldenblueshineNo the fear is not at all mutual.For a woman,if she gets a wrong partner who she decides to leave ,she only loses a married life .But a man in a similar situation loses everything-married life,a huge amount of money,custody of child(if any,it mostly goes to women),reputation(family framed in fake charges),job/earnings(due to criminal cases lodged against him).

I m 38 divorced from mumbai. My wife used my body, my money n drained me emotionally. Daily arguments, no work at home, no respect, no financial contribution, no true love and threat me every day and doubts on me and had eye on my money and property. Best solution is to stop marriage, no kids and stay stress free life with lovely pets and parents. kids after some age don't stay with parents to look after in old age.

My marriage stayed for 2 years and I got divorced, due to constant conflicts, those two years were most painful years of my entire life. Now I am enjoying my life. To all those men here, don't marry just to fulfill your bodily desires, those bodily desires give happiness only for very small period of time. marry only if you are super rich and you know the person extremely well, otherwise, focus on career and earning money, do yoga and meditation and find higher level of happiness.

SOLUTION: There is no heartbreak every single man should juggle 3 women at a time without telling them. Womans mind reads this man as high value -- now woman will chase after you and do things for you unsolicited. All the man has to do is keep conversation light and funny (she should be laughing and not you) at all times for life when woman is present. World isn't black or white it is but grey, there must be a reason for her to do so.. he should've just divorced her filing extramarital affair case.. atleast he could've lived a happy life with his daughter. The daughter is innocent why shall the life of an innocent one be punished so harshly.. And trust is a mutual thing give and take.. @@alok592 It's a big historical lie that only women have suffered in the past. Men's lives were extremely brutal too. As soon as a boy reached adulthood, he was sent to the battlefield to defend his motherland. Were reduced to working donkeys in order to provide for the family. Men's suicide rates have always been sky-high compared to that of women. Society as a whole, has never tried to understand or reduce the oppression that men and young boys have faced.

Civilians are really ignorant. The laws are made for the majority. I'm a lawyer and a man. The judiciary is great, the laws made for women are great. You do not understand the ground reality and are talking on anecdotal terms. This emotional attitude towards perfectly functional laws would make you more susceptible to anger towards women which sets off the vicious cycle of crime and punishment. I suggest introspection over WHY such laws needed to be made. I'll give you a hint: in reality, maximum crimes are committed by men. Look at any riots- men. Rapes- men. Murder- men. What we see on the daily if you saw 1 percent of it you'd be playing a different tune.

@@bikerultimatelaws shouldn't blindly favor women and must be impartial, the fact that there are loose threads that allow women to exploit it, and rape by women isn't even recognised by the law. Men can be victims and we blatantly deny that. Men are victims too but that stuff mostly never comes out, and that is because of the law and how police handle crime against men. I agree majority of crimes are commited by woman but keep turning the blind eye and I bet women will overtake men in few decades if not years.

My elder brother married in 2021. His wife had superficial expectations like big house with all luxuries, wanted to live like a bollywood couples. She did not wanted to spend a penny out of her pocket. My brother started little resistance for her expenses. Then she showed her true colour. Filed fake DV case and Dowry case. Eventully just few days back they got divorced through mutual process but we had to pay (extortion) her 20 lakhs to settle the matter. It was so disturbing and chilling for our family that we are unbale to focous on daily things. I have decided not to marry.i would request to youngsters choose your partner carefully else dont marry at all. These days majority of women are not trustable , gold diggers and harrasers.

My life is completely ruined after the marriage. I have applied for a divorce after 2 months of my marriage. She was diagnosed with Schizophrenia from her childhood and her family didn't allow me to have a word with her before the marriage. All this trauma due to their mistake and I am suffering a lot. I assume my case would take another 5 - 6 years easily to conclude with divorce. By default, they have filled a dowry case on me without even bothering about what would happen to my life.......I completely believe there should be a reform in our laws as this would cause a huge loss to our society in the future. My Sister & Brother both went through bad marriages. My sister married to a drunkard, always asking for money & beating my sister. Not supporting his children's education. My brother's wife always cuts her wrist & blackmails my brother if her wishes are not fulfilled like smartphone, asking for money for her parents & grandparents monthly expenses. My father brought a poor DIL thinking she would be more careful with money. Instead she has forced my brother to build her house, support her sister's wedding, brother's education. They keep blackmailing us for fake dowry charge & keeps fake suicide attempts. I personally believe it's not always the outsider but your own parents who force you into marriages and when they select a wrong person for you instead of correcting that person they would ask you to let time heal. Neither I trust marriage nor my parents.

One friend got married to a bcom girl, taught her btech+5 years work exp level technical skills in his domain, got her placed in a well paying reputed company. She now earns about half package of his, does not contribute any of that towards household expenses, and wants him to hand over 80% of his own salary every month to her, or she starts torturing him by making regular scene in front of his parents, staying at her own parents home for extended weeks, and also not agreeing for divorce...

Marriage used to be less complicated but too many men abused wives before. Now the courts have de-stablized marriage itself. If men in the past like 20yrs ago and more treated their wife better, it would not have come to this point. I feel sorry for good men who suffer, but this is what it has come to now. It should not be tit for tat though. Abusing good men cause the men in the past abused women. I believe marriage contracts should be a thing. Like if one cheats they will be sent to prison. All their fortunes taken away. And like if a partner refuses s*x in marriage then they can be divorced and the one who refused it needs to pay the alimony cost and the cost that was incurred in marriage event plus interest etc. And courts must honor this contract under religious marriage act. Or special marriage act. Contract laws needs to be amended to also add these. Because the emotional damage cannot be gauged by these stupid no feeling gov laws. But I don't see that happening :/ Gov treats marriage like it's nothing but a piece of paper.

Adultery was never a crime for wives. It was a criminal offence for whom she slept. Now wife and her boyfriend are free to have sex but for husband adultery is a criminal offence. I'm a 20 year-old Indian girl and truly speaking I don't wanna get married either or in best case scenarios no relationships because of what we humans have become. Most of us in our generation can't even keep stable friendships, let alone relationships. Every person has become so selfish that they can't even listen to the needs of other people or be with them during hard times. Like every day of meeting my friends becomes like a business meeting. Colleagues at my father's and mother's place are also the same. Earlier before 2010s it was easy to connect with people on personal basis. Nowadays everyone has high expectations which can never be fulfilled. Even if you want to be with someone (which my parents are ok with after me turning 18) you can't actually find someone who you actually connect with, soul to soul. And now I can understand why most men despise marriage because the person who they are married with don't have any connection or in worst case are highly selfish in both sides.

Also mostly during divorcing you the female will also file case against your parents about harrassment , fake dowry , forceful snatching of family jewelry from her etc. Even your parents will have to go round and round of court and at least settle for her monetary demands or go to jail as first rule of Indian laws is female are always right. Data manipulation is a real thing and feminists have done excellent job in achieving that! Almost half the laws framed/still applicable are there because of the false statistics women used, these statistics work as a tool of spreading narrative for them which in turn forces society to adjust according to their beliefs (which then later on are also used by government to justify the laws they frame) Take forced marriages for example, women "claiming" to be forcefully married would be believed and counted as a statistic whereas around 20-30k/year men who are currently rotting in jail under false promise to marry would not be counted as a victim of forced marriage but rather a grapist! Same goes for the BS argument of every X minutes a women get graped, reality is every X minute a women "claims", a claim who's validity is yet to be tested (moreover not to forget we count consentual encounters as grape too! Brother, I was in the same mind set as you are but now im in court for divorce. never even imagined anything like this would happen. My dad got a brain stroke the day he knew divorce was filed. Luckylly he survived and now recovering. He didnt even imagine this would happen. My mother still doesnt believe nor accept the situation. Shit happens in life. Embrace and stay strong. What I strongly advice is marry with these things in mind because it can happen to anyone.

@@greatsrikar Same happened to me. I married to HR who done MBA. Thought qualified woman will have good understanding and maturity. Later on within 14 days of marriage i caught her in Adultery. She filed multiple police case and then in court. Despite whole marriage cost bear by us. Now she is happily living with other men and i have to travel 1800Km for my court hearing to prove my innocence. It has been 5 years, she rarely come to court. I will suggest to never marry.

Reasons according to me - 1. Men are slowly coming to know about bigotry of gender equality by women & courts. It changes depending upon situations, like when men are forced to do certain things just out of Chivalry & then back to equality when situation matters for women. 2. It is so hard to find a good girl that is not a gold digger, that is self-independent financially also contributing to expenses, at same time respects your family and would stick with you in all tough times. 3. If marriage didn't last long then it's a total loss situation for men as our laws are too biased towards women, they get child custody, a lifetime alimony. Plus some women also go to extent of filing false cases during divorce to get a better deal out. It's becoming a big business for them. 4. Earlier people had basic 'needs' and would be very happy if that are regularly met but now life has filled with so many 'wants' that any number is small in-terms of income. Getting married in this case would incur more work load and expectations on men as many women don't contribute to household expenses and only spend for holidays, shopping, food etc. A women's income is her income, while a Man's income is his family's.

My mom had rejected a government job holder for my dad too. So my family hadn't experienced anything of that sort. However my great grandfather was a pl@yboy .He had tons of extramarital affairs because he was extremely handsome. I can't tell about others my family got loyal women till now, I can confirm that coz in our area only my family members have green eyes and we all look similar. You as a woman you are not pressured to have financial responsibilities. It is a choice for you when you marry.

@@prasadpatil1160 if I marry someone, I will equally take financial responsibility but I know that me and partner would both have equal burden of a child. My partner may only have to deal with finance part.. But I will hv to satisfy in laws, do household chores as well. Nd NO.. we women hv no choice but to marry under societal pressure. If a women is 32 nd unmarried.. It's big deal

@@sujatadas4962 We yeah. Your family forces you to marry because no one will after you are older than 30 something. Also Men also suffer because if they are older and they don't have any property, house or a good income even women themselves will not prefer those men.

@@prasadpatil1160 I certainly agree.. M not competing here about who suffers the most. Both men and women have their fair share of societal shame if they r older than 30 . Men on the other hand are pressured and looked down if they do not earn enough. For women, family still has a back up plan.. They will find a rich groom for the daughter. But for men, there is no such back up. Sometimes I feel it's difficult for a men if they r unemployed. But it's not the same for a women. So I honestly wish to marry someone who takes 50% of my household responsibility and I will take 50% of his financial responsibility so that neither of us feel extremely burdened. That's all I want.

My only reason for not interested in marriage is my society. I'm 23 and never have I ever saw any couple living their life happily around me and I have seen a lot of couples , this includes my own parents , my both big sisters that recently married. 😢 They all keep fighting every other day and even if sometimes they are happy , they are not actually. They just are under peer pressure and embarassed. Finding a girl as kind as me that just wants to live a happy life , is nowadays seems like impossible to me, atleast in this arrange marriage era😢.

I'm 30 and within 1 year I filed divorce cause of the aggressive and abusive behaviour towards me and my family. Now I'm facing fake dowry cases, domestic violence and even she registered fake rape on my brother and on me too through her elder sister.

Do not marry unless you are self aware and same goes for your partner. Dont give up to your bodily instinct for physical touch, sense of security and sex. Analyse yourself economically, emotionally, mentally and understand your career aspirations goals. See how you can contribute towards your partner and ask the same to your partner. In todays day and age, where most our actions are based on quick pleasures, marriage becomes a burden if you are not with right person. Gone are the days when both the individuals would mould themselves for other. If you are self aware you will choose someone who compliments you and you compliment them. All the best!

There is nothing wrong with women wanting a man economically healthy, sufficient. And, women also should remember their biological role and not try to be an equal because EQUALITY doesn’t exist in nature. It destroys everything. I hope India doesn’t become a 2nd JAPAN.
