Wayne is not over rated in fact he is under rated. Wayne legit carried the entire South, put Cash Money on his back when no one else was left, brought mix tapes into the album sphere, inspired 2 generations of rappers, broke records, and lyrically still beats majority of rappers.

This is not a gun control issue this is a mental health issue. If the government changes the 2nd amendment now what other things will change. Where will the line stop for the government control of the people. There is only outrage when white children die. When blacks or browns die no changes are made. No laws are changed. But remember the Asian community recently received a small dose of what the urban community gets on a daily basis and that community instant got a new law passed.

LL is most definitely overlooked in debates and on lists. He literally created the acronym G.O.A.T. because he was the first GREATEST OF ALL-TIME in Hip-Hop. LL was at the top of the game for 15 of the first 20/25 years of the genre. I rank him and Snoop in my Top 15 because what they did in real time during their eras was the equivalent of Kendrick or Drake or Cole or Future dropping a project now. Snoop was literally the biggest rapper in the world during the era that's remembered as the "Biggie-Pac era". They were actually chasing the success of Snoop. Snoop was the bar. He was a gangster but universally accepted then just as he is now. This mane sold 860+K records in his first week and came back and did it again in the second week. That's crazy. Like Mal said, mfers aren't informed enough to be making lists and shit.

It's like people really never listen. The issue is never assault rifles, because they don't exist for civilians. These aren't automatic rifles, and they're mostly done with handguns anyway. The problem is always mental health in conjuction with access to legal weapons dedicated to defense and hunting.
