There's a BIG problem with equality. That being, because you are a woman you are automatically qualified for this leadership position. Meaning, they don't even need charisma to take that spot. All they need is either good looks, good hooks or to be the most vocal in a group.

The book could not see the elephant in the room. It is about actively addressing the risks of Incompetence. (take a very long pause here). Instead of writing a job description full of - your responsibilities are - consider how to make that person successful in his job (take another long pause here). If you are smart, you should be addressing Incompetence, not incompetent men or women or children or migrants or etc. Just - imagine - the positive impact on your ROI (another long pause here).

I have a lot of experience working with women and your assertion that they are better leaders is not true. I entered a large organisation with a male leader that had a very positive work environment. The leadership changed to a female followed quickly by a rise in narcissistic leadership and bullying throughout the organisation. Around seven years later the leadership changed again to a male. Bullying declined and the workforce became happier and more productive. He didn’t last too long and yet again a woman became the CEO, may even still be there. Bullying rose followed by a rise in narcissistic behaviours throughout the organisation, which happens to have a large majority of women. That’s real world. I once would have believed your video but the evidence refutes the theory. Any piece of research can find what you want it to..

The goal is to have very high self esteem combined with actually being competent. Women may score higher on competence but definitely are not the answer as most are off the charts on the Karen and petty bullshit scales
