Hip arthritis treatments often fail because they're all missing the mark on treating the root problem.
Instead they're focused on treating the symptoms of hip osteoarthritis and as a result people continue to suffer with hip pain once the treatment stops helping.
In this video, Dr. David shares with you the one huge reason why people fail to heal hip osteoarthritis.

I am following the Hip Arthritis Recovery program and it works. My habits were healthy to start with, but I needed cohesive program that easily laid out what to do and what not to do and even what to do when... Bottom line - better function and almost no pain. Still moving forward and now taking walks without repercussions! What Dr. David says about this is spot on. 🙏🌞❤

Physical therapy offered by our health system is usually 6weeks. Then the patient is supposed to continue the exercises at home -- forever! We don't! That is a major fault of the patient. Doctors and therapists can only do so much. Thank you for all your information, videos, and expertise... p

2:03 I’d go farther and say that many of the methods that ameliorate the pain reduce your ability to ‘feel’ the joint, thereby limiting your recovery. I’ve cut my OTC pain relief use by 80% as I’ve strengthened my hip. Finding exercises that ride the discomfort have really accelerated my recovery.

I have severe arthritis in both hips. I did cortisone shots every 3 months for 2 years. I recently tried your hip recovery program for over 2 months, sadly i continued to deteriorate and now im getting both hips replaced. I feel like a failure. Wish i had found you a year ago....😢

I want to thank you so much for all your help and support for different problems that I have had for the past few years! You helped me overcome and heal a fractured calcaneus without surgery, and torn rotator cuff injury without surgery and now I am trying to overcome sciatica pain and it used to go away in a week or so, but this is the worst pain ever for the past month! Still doing your exercises exercises

@sandramae1772 there is a national health service for free treatment for all regardless of income. Used to be great but it is broken now. A hip op privately would cost about £15 here in UK

I had a right hip replacement after a car crash, but 2 years later I'm still having groin pain and weakness. I was told I have arthritis in my back and hips. My left left back, hip and front of leg are now in pain and am told it is my it band. Will the arthritis exercises help? Physical therapy just leaves me in more pain for several days.

I have excruciating hip pain and am simply unable to do any exercises, I can barely walk. I had a corticosteroid injection 5 days ago and so far absolutely no relief. Combo of ibuprofen and Tylenol did nothing to touch the pain. This is no way to live 😢

I do not have arthritis in the hip after the X-ray but why I am very stiff and painful. I also have a rotator cuff tear at 2.5 inches but physical therapy for the last 4.5 years is not helping. The tear is still there. They told me to exercise a lot and now I am stiff and heavy on my right stroke side. I do not mind joining but will I be able to speak with to provide me a plan for the root cause and recovery

I need help. Just turned 46 yesterday, have always been super active but obesity runs in my family, yo the point where everyone gets hip replacement surgery at 50. I am nowhere near as big as my family members but genetics has cursed me anyway. I've been scheduled for the cortisone shot but I'm putting it off and the pain is getting worse. I'm doing the exercises but i think my hip is too far gone and my active lifestyle has been severely affected. Please help me!

I know it’s not popular to say anymore but the majority of people I know with hip issues have two things in common, they are not truly active and they are overweight. As you age you need to actually put effort into your own personal health. All my family members who have had hip surgery were inactive and overweight. I do have two friends were this was not the case and after hip replacement surgery they were good as new.

Most people I know who've had hip, knee. Back, neck, shoulder, wrist surgery have worked in a factory for 20-30 years, and, most are relatively fit.

I’m nearly 50 and was told to get a full replacement at 45 - when I was more fit, at target weight. I find many younger people who are given only one potential method to relieve this pain - surgery.
