It was. Nevertheless, something that wasn’t mentioned in this video and any similars is that during the months when there was competition, the club ordered any risky o big machinery to be take away from the soroundings to avoid any accident. This had an important cost for the club.

No it wasn't. No one knew about it before it happened. The works were already planned well in advance. The only difference the pndmc made to the works was reducing the disruption by moving the matches to Valdebebas.

With all these commercialisation one would think the club would suffer and lose there path like some other big clubs recently but on the contrary they have been doing very well in Game aspects also signing the best players winning the champions league having a competitive team even when the team was going through a transition it’s really a thing on its own

Shoutout to all the engineers and architects along with the workers for making this almost impossible task a possibility. Given how tight the area is around Bernabeu and with metro straight beneath the stadium, they couldn't go down or sideways and still they achieved this. Thank you Papa Perez for always having us a step ahead than everyone. ¡Hala Madrid!

I'm a fan of Borussia Mönchengladbach from Germany but I always respected the success of Real Madrid. They just have this ingredient which makes them greedy for more and more. It's by far the biggest football club in the world

As a Madrista who follows them on all their social media platforms part of their success is they're pretty on top of things like really on top everything they do is like top tier of excellence even following their KZfaq and IG they uploaded multiple times everyday content that's high quality high res perfect sound etc you can tell they take their brand very seriously and even stream live reactions to their matches for those who don't have access to watch it

I remember my first year as an architecture student. We were discussing stadiums. I recall our professor saying stadiums are giants sleeping 6 days a week. They're unsustainable. This stadium fully embraces the new, making Bernabeu more than a stadium. It's simply good business

Florentino Perez is a titan that among men. I have nothing but the greatest of respect for him. I as a South African who has nothing to do with Madrid but the passion and culture that burns so deep and true is all thanks to this man who has made me fall in love with the greatest football team of all time. In my life time he brought in the Ronaldo's,Bales Kaka's,Pepe's,Kroos,Ramos and so many other great figures who shaped our love for the game. Halal Madrid a titan of a team

@@Ananas-280 Ah you poor soul, now the reason Madrid does not get the hate for buying the best players because they are football royalty (Barca Juve United Bayern are other examples). Meaning they have gained the right to do so, they are a club stemming frommore than 100 years ago they have a culture, the difference when City & PSG spend that money is where does that money come from, with Madrid purely they have the biggest amount of fans so the revenue is through the roofs, thats why we have the term "oil club" there is absoulutely nothing wrong in supporting dominat teams.

Arsenal fan here, as much I love the Emirates, I'm also kind of jealous of RM but they definitely deserve it and wish them all the best in their revenues. Something like this is special and you simply cannot hate them for being smart and innovative with their stadium design. The architects and engineers who worked on this did a fabulous job!

Solo añadir que, para completar el análisis económico de los beneficios que puede dar el estadio con la remodelación, ha faltado hablar de un nuevo centro comercial con las marcas más importantes del mundo, los nuevos restaurantes (incluido un estrella michelín con el cocinero Martín Berasategi, uno de los mejores del mundo), la mejora y ampliación de las zonas VIP, el marcador 360º único en toda Europa que puede dar apoyo a cualquier evento (musical, conferencia, etc.) y el nuevo tour del Bernabéu, cuyo museo es el segundo más visitado de España, con más de un millón de visitantes al año, lo que reporta varios millones de euros. @@chris.48 You do realize that Real does pay lower taxes due to the government, so not really a fair comparisson to other clubs, especially in other nations. Of course they get a billion € loan if their state backs them up every step of the way.

But you’re right tho. If the government are willing to help you out with money then fairs. But at the same time if you think about it the club is not owned by a billionaire or any state it’s owned by the people so it makes sense why they’ll help them really.(and I’m not saying the two Milan clubs are owned by billionaires or a state because I don’t know that)

The fact that they (at least in Europe) don't shows that maybe it's not such a great idea. Really, bands (not many) that can fill big stadiums usually tour in Summer, when stadiums are not used and barely rains, there is no need for retractable roof and pitch.

As the guy mentioned before, Real Madrid was able to get away with this due to their prime location and low interests from for borrowing. Not many have the prime location and with interest rates so high right now, I don't know who else can pull this off.

You missed the income stream of prize money. RM made €133m in prize money from winning the champions league in 2022. You get about 3m for winning the Supercopa as well, for example. Prize money is a significant income stream for RM.
