The part at the end when the guy started crying is ridiculously relatable. had a guy do that to me after he hurt me verbally and physically. but now that i see things for what it is, that was definitely manipulation. abusers use push pull methods to keep you reeled in. they act as if the care but they really don't. that's just to keep you stuck.

My husband had a mental breakdown. He blamed me and my daughter for his break. He tried to kill us the night he snapped. The hospital said he would be on an involuntary hold for 7 days but they let him out of the hospital in 3 days. He came back home then started to rage again. He packed his stuff and left. Over 6 months later, he calls. Says he wants to talk about what happened. He wants his family back. Will go through counseling to get us back. I believed the lie because I love him. In the 6 months since reconnecting, he’s made no effort to go to counseling. All the way through the past few days when he started blaming me for his life being in disarray. I have to leave him alone. He has taken so much from me and my daughter. Don’t think he’s a horrible person. He needs help and refuses to get it so I’m gone! Can’t be in a marriage with an abusive drug user who has no intentions on getting help but blames everyone for his issues. He takes no ownership.

It's sad that many women stay in a abusive relationship hoping that their lover will change one day and loves her even though he is abusive ...But the sad fact is that they will never change no matter how much you love and tolerate their inhumanity towards you..I know this because I have been in an abusive relationship for many years..It took me a lot of courage to get out of it..Its like an addiction and you are unable to get out of it..I stayed with him for many years hoping to find happiness and love that every normal happy couple desires....Now, I am out of it and I am so so glad that I took the right step in my life..My life has never been so happier..I can happily sleep in peace, I am happier and I enjoy my life more now.... And my advice for all those women out there is if he dont respect you, he doesn't deserve you....Get out of it before it's too late..I DID AND SO CAN YOU...

Not just men, but women too. Women know they are weaker than men, so they use it as an advantage. Society tells men to never hit a woman, so when a woman abuses a man and he hits back, the woman will make it seem like he’s the abuser instead.

Hey.. I know u r a strong woman.. What is happening right now to you is that u are flooded with emotions and is highly manipulated by your partner. You are also made blind to his abuse by your sincere love for him.. Just listen.. He don't deserve you.. I repeat he don't deserve you.. Let him know ur worries.. Make him answer his wrong doings.. Never ever give ear for his manipulation.. He will definitely gonna play the victim card once you start asking.. Ignore whatever rubbish he says.. Ignore whatever he says to highlight his pain ( that's manipulation).. Ignore him asking why you destroyed his life (most abusive partners used to ask this once they feel their game is gonna end)... Just say what you wanna say.. They r too much used to acting innocent and crying like a baby at the end to melt your heart.. (If u forgave seeing these tears.. I swear u r not gonna see the same innocent apologies and worries for a while until you stand up for urself against him)... Just make him clear that u r done with him...listen to his replies with 0 emtions (Hint :Try to think of the rude experience and abuses you survived to keep 0 zero emotion cause abusers are really good at manipulating loving and kind people ).. I know u love him a lot.. But love for an abusive partner and one sided efforts are like slow poison.. They will give you a painful ending... Nb: If you forgive... He will give a lot of promises and will stick to it for some months.. U will feel relief at that moment.. He will say u r the reason for him becoming good and will say he will be completely lonely without you.. After some more months you can feel things changing.. He will start getting comfortable treating you badly.. It's like giving samples.. The real self is gonna come out more powerful than before and at that very moment you will realize every truth about relationships and will burn in regret..

My ex boyfriend hit me 2 days ago. I visited him at the psych ward because i thought he wouldnt hit me in public places… I was wrong 😔 He closed the door to his room and threw me into the wall, then grabbed my neck and hit my head against the window and then against the window frame. Then he took my stiletto shoe and hit the heel hard against his head. He told me, if I told anyone tjahhe had hit me, he would call the police and file a domestic violence claim against me saying I had hit him with my stiletto heel on his head. He threw my clothes at me and started calling me names, and I ran out, grabbed a cab and started sobbing and shaking. The taxi driver asked me what had happened, and in between the tears, I told him. He asked me if he could take me to the police station so I could report him. But since he has made sure not to cause any visible marks on my body, and since I know his plan, I Damien. So I said no thanks, got off at the metro station, rode the metro back home😖 and have been crying into my duvet all night. I just needed to tell This to somebody in case I go missing….

Such people are not mentally fit and need some treatment but they are not ready to accept it. In my observation these people are so self centred and work on only their happiness..they don't even think what the other person condition.
