प्रत्येक दिन दोपहर में कोई एक न्यूट्रल मिलेट (ज्वार, बाजरा, रागी) में से कोई एक, शाम को पॉजिटिव मिलिट (कंगनी,कोदो,कुटकी, सनवा,छोटी कगनी) में से कोई एक ले सकते है??

Then is multigrain porridge (sathu maavu kanji) not beneficial to the children ?? Is it ok...or are we damaging the system ??

In ayurveda, it has been mentioned not to mix two 'shashya' (grains) together..

It would be better if you eat one grain in a single meal(breakfast/lunch/dinner).. As far as porridge is concerned, try to have ragi, bajra, jowar, amaranth, quinoa, jau(barley), black rice, semolina, buckwheat on different days.. All of them are superfood but choose one at a time with 1tsp of healthy fat like ghee Or coconut oil or any cold-press oil on it.. It'll be beneficial for absorbing the vital nutrients from grains..
