I run a WOT in my 80% lower, PSA FN CHF premium machine gun steel mid length upper with an H-3 buffer and it runs flawlessly, ejection pattern is correct with wolf steel, brass, .223 or 5.56. The H-2 was definitely a faster cyclic rate, but I wanted more controllability with less battering on the upper receiver and BCG, and the H-3 is perfect for that for me.
@SmallTeamSupply2 жыл бұрын
With a lightweight build I was able to get the standard h buffer to run with an insanely fast cyclic rate. But when I tried the wot in heavier builds I was having bolt bounce causing light primer strikes so I switched to h2 and that worked fine for me the h3 has like a 1919 thump thump thump speed but my mag catch wasn't engaging. I could have opened up the gasport but I kinda liked the h2 speed in the heavy builds, so that's what I've settled on.
@gusbiv82822 жыл бұрын
@@SmallTeamSupply I also run mainly M-855/SS109 most of the time except for wolf .223 55gr. for mag dumping, so the pressure runs a little higher on "full semi-auto" with 62 gr. in a midlength gas system.

I’m confused…was this meant to make an obvious point? Like both systems are familiar to you guys but one of you had issues with one of the triggers on a polymer lower AR that particular day? Sorry, not being rude, just trying to get to the point of the video presentation. What point does it make? What’s it’s message?
@SmallTeamSupply2 жыл бұрын
No, your fine man. The main point was that the triggers both perform the same basic function without issues. The WOT edges out the FRT slightly and if a person was in the market for a trigger of this type he would likely be happy with either at the end of the day. I was hoping the differences would be more dramatic but with the improvements rare breed made to its spring issues, They both just work.

I ran the H1 and had strike issues on every steel case I shot, ran the original buffer spring and ran flawless. You just have to tinker around to see what’s best for you.
@SmallTeamSupply2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I think you can get away with using a h1 in a very light rifle that you don't plan on using a loop sling with it. Because the rifle is able to move forward ever so slightly when the bolt closes to prevent a elastic collision. But a heavier rifle build or otherwise prevent the rifle from moving forward and you'll have to use a heavier buffer. Like you said just gotta tinker around to find what works best with your rifle.
