It's the government that tries to bury this knowledge and they've killed everyone that lived this way in the past. Forcing us to be apart of this dumb society. The schools or indoctrination camps need to be eradicated from existence. So, we can go back to living properly.

Umm, you don't dig them unless they are done flowering and have seeds present on their tops, which one one he dug wasn't lol, and they have a bulb at the bottom of the plant, the part of the root he his holding generally isn't eaten. The bulb is what's gathered dried and used for flour or later meals

Do you know if this would grow in the Treasure Valley, or does it need mountain elevations and cooler temps?
