Жыл бұрынI'm starting to get caught up on all the videos I have recorded the last 3 months. Next video should finally look like summer! I also started recording everything in 4k (not in this video), so hopefully the video quality gets better, especially on the GoPro!

Thank you, I really appreciate that! It's the Sony 200 600 f5.6-6.3 G lens. Weighing in at 74.2 oz (It gets a little heavy lol). Optically stabilized and incredibly sharp! It doesn't focus very closely, minimum is 7.88ft but I'm always shooting distant wildlife with it. So I'm very happy with this lens.

For some reason I didn't export that very last clip properly, that's okay though. Its only a sneak peak, I filmed some 4k footage of a Green Heron in the next video! Hopefully it turned out well!

I have a similar ways of moving around. For my bike protection I'm using the wheel lock. It is ok for me to leave the bike with a locked wheel and go 20-30 meters into the forest to take photos. There are also wheel locks that you can connect with chain.

It's been a great work. I bought the same Sony A7IV body and 200-600 mm. Can you please share your settings for Wildlife shoots?

My settings aren't anything special, my camera is set to uncompressed raw. The FPS is set to high+ (I should really try compressed raw so that I can still achieve 10fps). Focus mode is spot tracking and animal eye auto focus. Then my actually camera settings vary between photos. Hopefully I answered your question a little bit, thank you for commenting!

How are ypu shooting with such high ISO and your images look very clean!? I’m struggling to remove noise from ISO 1250 on my a7III. Nice shots though!

The Sony A7IV handles noise really well! But I also process a lot of my images in DXO Denoise, which helps a lot

The sound in this video is manipulated. The Sony a7iv actually has a fairly quiet shutter in person! If I where working with a sensitive species then I have silent shutter as an option. However with the silent shutter on, then any fast action can become very distorted.

Surprised you are doing single shots. I usually have at least MID on to get a few number of shots.

I normally have my drive mode set to high, (Can't remember if I did here). I try to show a little restraint on how many shots I take of one subject, so I don't have a million photos that look the same.
