Savor every moment. It passes by your eyes so quickly. At 77 I often sit and wonder where it all went. But my wife and I will leave the world with a builder, a teacher and a veterinarian, all of which we love dearly. And they will leave the world with wonderful kids that I'm sure will be productive assets to the world community as well. We love our kids, grand kids and great grand kids with all our heart, but the time has passed so quickly, yet I thank God to be so richly blessed! Savor every moment.

I raised a wonderful daughter as a single Dad. I raised her to be her own person, not a replica of me. I am so proud of the terrific person she has turned out to be. She has a wonderful family of her own and will be 50 next November. I remember every precious moment of her childhood, like it was yesterday, but I enjoy life right now too. I cried when she left for college. It was so terribly lonely around the house. But we are close and have so much love and appreciation for each other, as adults, and share everything, it is very fulfilling. Your relationships won't end when they leave the nest. Trust me, it will get better. They are such good kids. You guys have done such a good job. Trust me, you have a great and fulfilling life ahead of you and you deserve it. God bless.

As a grandfather of three granddaughters who are almost fully grown I have never seen anyone more precious than Ellie and her demeanor. From her first interactions with animals and butterflies, she sees beauty in each and every one of them and expresses her feelings accordingly. From a wrinkled faced turkey to a brown eyed Guernsey, she sees each one with the same feelings of her love for them. How wonderful it would be for everyone to live in her world.

Erin, what you are now doing with your camera angles and with the editing work is approaching some major cinematographers' efforts in films I absolutely adore, and I've been a cinephile all my life. Movies like "Days of Heaven" made frequent use of the 'Golden Hours' as do many of your videos. You have a great eye and it seems to be getting better and better. My guess would be that some future director or producer just might want to grab you up. My love to you and the entire family. You provide a real hope for humanity.

You have certainly captured the memory and wonder of a child's summer with the perspective of how fleeting time is in this life. Really sad and Frustrating to see that those guys (AND I USE THAT TERM LIGHTLY) didn't use rebar for the concrete that was up to hold a house. That is not only subpar work, it is dangerous. I was mad for yall and cussing at my screen seeing that there wasn't adequate rebar throughout that foundation. You two are handling it with grace. Erin your skills as a videographer has really improved over time. I love it when you zoom in on the macro aspects of your property. I think about all that you all have accomplished and I would say along with you and Red Poppy Ranch and now Dutch (Shawn) with his Off-Grid build are the poster childs for getting things done.

It is so awesome how you are able to involve and raise your kids in all aspects of what you as parents do. I believe it is that kind of a lifestyle that produces the best and strongest kids. So many great memories for everyone but especially a lifetime of memories for them. I have 4 kids and a grandson due in October. It goes fast so relish these moments. It is really sad and unfortunate this contractor was so short sighted. If he had done the job right there's no telling how much business it would abroad him because of all the viewers that you have.
